Overall it was neat and incredibly spacious with bath. Had a microwave, coffee & tea making machines, and refrigerators at our disposal.

It was luxurious, tidy and with a garden view. The location was great and pleasant - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

The king room was neat and functional with the TV, balcony, as for instance.

We have booked deluxe king room with very good facilities. The staff we met was very helpful and efficient.

The food was GREAT overall. They gave me twin room with coffee, the most comfortable bed in Italy and Bath.

Exceptional service, modern and first-rate place. A lounge area and a safe box in the room and the very comfy bed. Outstanding food choice at the American breakfast. A particularly good location minutes away from a cinema and eateries. Minutes away from a cathedral and a church, a lot to see. Also located minutes away from a tram station.

Overall such great stay on a vacation. Clean place with lovely and wonderful staff and good view of the park nearby. Modern design of interiors in twin room. All in all pleasant location, near museums, the tram stop within a shopping centre and a newly developed suburb in Florence.

Loved it. The property was perfect and gorgeous with outstandingly accommodating staff on the reception desk. Location of hotel was marvellous and easy and the shuttle to the airport was a big plus. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Novoli - San Donato district.

Found a tram station minutes away from the building. Reasonably large and functional room, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room.

this hotel is equal to 4 stars. the venue is a great place, lovely rooms. there was old wild west, max 10 mins walk to, really enjoyed their meals.
