The room was relaxing with excellent views to the domo, we had a good rest. An iron and ironing board, and a whirlpool were provided for a FANTASTIC stay for our final night in Italy.

The rooms were immaculately clean and included an iron with ironing board and a whirlpool etc. The location was great and absolutely perfect, next to a mall with various restaurants and the interior design was nice.

The venue was nicely appointed, I loved the stay and the location was marvellous close enough to the bus stop, main city/tourist attractions and Florence city center.

The location was nice and easy as for me, just off the tram, the main city attractions, and the shops and restaurants. Besides, just a few minutes from a mathematics museum. My twin room was brand-new with a view of florence.

We had a king room and it was modern and nicely updated. Good service was provided here. Soft drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.

The staff was exceptional, the room was updated, everything was excellent. The restaurant here was good at the first floor, we both ordered excellent dishes. There was extremely comfy bed, an iron and ironing board, and a whirlpool. The location was great and the public parking was outside. The hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a very quiet area. We enjoyed being in this property.

We stayed in a tidy room with nice views, access to the Executive Lounge with breakfast, as for instance. The service was nice, including an efficient check-in. Spent here 2 eventful days and would absolutely stay here again.

A lovely hotel, my first choice in Florence. Clean place with wonderful staff members and city views. Central location, unique base for discovering Florence. Close to the airport, 10 min drive.

The stuff were pleasant and location was great and absolutely perfect. The bus stop was 500 metres away. The room was huge and updated, with Wi-Fi.

This hotel was in a quiet area. Furthermore, we really enjoyed our stay thanks to WiFi throughout the property as we needed it. It is undoubtedly a nice option when in Florence;)))

Downside was the ac, it was weak.

It deserves its 4 stars. Beds were comfy. We greatly enjoyed to chill in the nearby Overfit.
