The hotel was located unbeatable for us, near the train station. The property was set in a super area.

Sadly, there was no lift.

The staff were very helpful and helped us with public parking.

The venue was in a central location near main attractions, and train station, restaurants, market and coin laundromat. Florence Historic Centre district was definitely worth visiting.

The units are new-fashioned with the balcony.

Truly enjoyed our stay, and will come back. Its location was marvellous, near the train station, and in a super area. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Fortezza da Basso - Gardens. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel.

Had a perfect stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. The staff were affable and gentle and helpful with requests. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was great. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time here.

The hotel has a central location super close to everything. The units were well-equipped with the balcony.

Besides, the location was perfect for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of an art gallery. The staff were attentive and were always there to help.

It was a great stay for one night. This accommodation was in the central location really close to the Train station.

It has an excellent and wonderful location close to a train station. The personnel is amicable and gentle.

The hotels' team was very, very nice. Its double room was big with all comforts, shower products and a balcony.

There was fabulous food, the staff was lovely and good. Very close to a train station, the location was incredible and magnificent, to the centre of Florence.

i thoroughly enjoyed my room - fairly quiet with private bathroom. the location in a superb area was marvellous and there were a market and shops nearby.

Newly decorated place, good beds, lovely staff. Breakfast with home made cake. Great and incredible location close to everything, and loft bedrooms. And short walk to SMN train station, central shopping areas of Florence and the historic center. The hotel of choice in Florence.

The position was great, very close to a train station. Our deluxe queen room with a cosy balcony and private bathroom plus great shower was quiet.

We liked the hotel, it was recently refurbished and had amazing location next to train station, restaurants, market and coin laundromat, and restaurants and things to see and do. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was good...
