This hotel is a great base for a trip in Florence. The staff are amicable and the location is marvellous and amazing in the middle of the city. Plus, it's in Florence Historic Centre district, near to restaurants.

We enjoyed double room provided with a comfortable bed as well as the kettle. The staff was amiable, amicable. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a l-shaped square.

Had 2 days in Florence, spending our time here lovely. The unit we got was well decorated with a comfortable bed, the kettle, as example.

Definitely, there was lift missing, we were a little disappointed.
