Absolutely perfect and lovely location next to the city center, I felt safe.

The breakfast was excellent, the choice of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and cheese. The atmosphere created was quiet. It had a good and amazing location adjacent to Santa Croce square, the Santa Croce and train station. Also, Colnbrook West was 5 km away.

It was fairly clean, staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Our room was brand-new and neat with comfortable beds and a view of the Duomo.

We were moved to a double room with a private terrace.

Breakfast was free of charge, spectacular views, ideal location very close to perfect for a stroll and the centre. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The cool drinks in honesty bar were very welcome.

I had the double room and it was fashionable. It was a particularly good and incredible location near a hard to find a taxi, all the major attractions and perfect for a stroll.

The unit we got was themed with comfortable beds, tea, an outdoor terrace.

The location was magnificent, a short walk to Bessborough Gardens.

What a really nice stay, no complaint. Romantic and clean hotel with competent staff and exceptional views especially at sunset. Nicely furnished rooms and great location near Ufizzi gallery, Ponte Vecchio and many great restaurants, a constant parade of people walking directly in front of the entrance and old city centre. And a short walk to Sainsbury's.

Everything was amazing overall. The units were airy and the staff were really excellent and competent people from check-in to check-out. The location of the property was marvellous and perfect, right by the river. And it was also short walk to the taxi and Florence has to offer.

Amazing location within walking distance of the sights, attentive staff, everything was very good. The service was good, I had 3 lovely nights here. I could park the car nearby.

Had very lovely stay for every night of our stay and the weather was lovely. The breakfast was excellent for what was on offer with the assorted breads, scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables & fruits. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and the location was unbeatable to a walking distance to all important sightseeings.

Overall it was good-sized and beautifully designed with a real king size bed. The staff were competent, efficient.

The location was good, at a moderate distance from Rooms. A market and all the major shops where right next door.

Enjoyed the place, had a very special stay for every night of our stay. The double room we got was complete with comfortable beds, ample space, for example. Unbeatable and comfortable location, the public parking was available. There was bar Caffe Letterario le Murate, that we found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Possibly the best and really lovely stay on vacation. A huge variety of food at breakfast like fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and cheese. Lovely modern, airy rooms and spacious bathrooms.

A nice size room with a good-sized bathroom and a mini bar fridge, air conditioning and an individual safe. Public parking nearby provided. Not to mention good wifi!

Nicely furnished neat rooms, they are provided with ample space for the most demanding person, the shower flooded the whole bathroom, for instance. Will come back, greatly enjoyed its fab location.

The location is marvellous, 2 km from a medieval cathedral. It's themed with extremely comfy beds and magnificent views.
