Excellent home base for 3 nights. Good position near the train station.

Came here for 1 night with my kids, everything was modern. The food was fabulous and I really enjoyed it. The location was super central, right by Toskana, the centre of the historical town, and restaurants.

The unit we got was good sized with mini fridge, shower, a real painted ceiling from the 1600s.

The daily service was welcoming. The location was great, close to the SMN train station, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Actually everything was exceptional, my next choice again in Florence. I really enjoyed this absolutely brilliant and amazing hotel in the heart of the city. The location was good - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. A few times I ate at Trattoria za Za, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The setting is AMAZING and incredible, near biggest most and most popular museums, Firenze and the centre of main Florence attractions. You'll need 10 minutes to walk to The Cask Pub & Kitchen with nice drinks.

My kids and I really enjoyed being there, it's brilliant and excellent hotel. The breakfast offered plenty of fab meals. The best thing was how attentive and amiable the staff were. The location was incredible, just off the Duomo, biggest most and most popular museums, and the train station as well as cathedral. It also was in rest was everything exceptional.

Our stay here was extra special, nice base for exploring Florence. The location was excellent, at a moderate distance from a pedestrianized square. Moreover, it was close enough to most popular museums, the centre of main Florence attractions and a stones throw from the Piazza del Duomo.

We were given a deluxe quadruple room with all the necessities upon arrival.

Got triple room with all the necessities when arrived, enjoyed that.

The double room we stayed in were tastefully decorated and nice styled with all the necessities. Liked our stay, recommend this hotel.

Thanks for pleasant time here! It is an excellent property located in Florence Historic Centre district next to best restaurants, the old city center and cathedral di santa maria fiore. The venue has ideal and comfortable location close to the SMN train station. The staff are attentive and provide a welcoming service.

The staff was very welcoming, attentive all the time. The hotel had a marvellous location near an indoor market hall. Besides, it was next to the centre of main Florence attractions, the historic center and Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral.

Enjoyable stay, as always. Absolutely brilliant accommodation with unbeatable setting adjacent to Florence, Toskana and the Duomo, biggest most and most popular museums. Extremely helpful, amiable people working here.

Great value, room was new-fashioned, staff were attentive. It was in a marvellous location with an indoor market hall nearby. The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a very quiet area. The check-in was easy and the atmosphere was quiet overall. Flexible check-out was useful.

A work desk, coffee/tea makers and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in our economy queen room were useful during stay. Private bathrooms, that included a bidet.

The room is reasonably spacious with all the necessities. The hotel offers lots of food that was great. The staff are kind and the location is great and unbeatable close to the SMN train station.

The hotel was amazing, I loved it, especially street view. My double room was equipped with a private safe, a mini-bar and central heating😀

The location was brilliant - just 5 minutes' walk from a medieval cathedral.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
