The total stay was perfect for 6 nights. Its location at a medium distance from a medieval cathedral was convenient and easy. Also it was close to a cathedral and a chapel.

The location was great and stunning, just a short walk away from Museum of Bigallo. The breakfasts were INCREDIBLY NICE and amazing with hard boiled or scrambled eggs, capuccino coffee and fruit juices.

My standard double room had central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk. Beautiful and stunning location, it was close to a train station.

The breakfast for our needs. Magnificent and wonderful location close to a railway station and main sights. Amazingly attentive and knowledgeable staff all over the place.

The staff was genuinely helpful, exceptionally attentive, and responded promptly to requests. It was spotless, the room was freshly decorated and had a comfy bed.

The stay here was really nice for 6 nights. The hotel room was reasonably large, had climate control and fast WiFi. Separate shower was clean and everything was very good. It had central location close to Medici Chapel. It also was very close to the market place.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unpleasant.

The location was awesome close to many attractions. The breakfast was amazing with scrambled eggs, espresso plus cheese and kind and lovely staff.

Amazing place, clean, great value. Fab food served, like pastries and fruit. Great location so close to a terminus railway station. Found in the comfortable area next to the old town as well as major sites and museums.

The location was awesome, for example, Church of Santa Maria Novella was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was marvellous and nice, coffee and eggs - all fabulous.

It became my favourite place to stay in Florence. I was offered a particularly nice breakfast for my needs.

Facilities were clean, nonetheless Wi-Fi was crappy.

The units are fancy, nice with bathtub. Plus, the location is awesome, minutes from a medieval cathedral...

Greatly enjoyed fairly quiet standard double room even with the curtains open, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The hotel's location was very central, to trains.

The food was fabulous with lots of choice! The hotel has comfortable and easy location just off good restaurants and the main attractions.

The unit we got was reasonably large with juice as well as an amazing selection. Near a train station, the location was unbeatable and nice, in the centre of Florence. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

Exceptionally nice breakfast with lots of options, delightful and fairly clean place. Wonderful, obliging staff with smiling face. Coffee and eggs at breakfast. Really great stay, as always.

The rooms are large, with an amazing selection, juice plus modern bathroom facilities provided.

This was a really really nice stay for 6 nights. The staff was exceptionally attentive and top-class, we got their full attention. Overall it was good-sized and freshly decorated with the bath outside. We enjoyed a lounge and high-speed internet😃

excellent and amazing location in very quiet area, adjacent to the train station which also was the meeting point for most of the tours and the main square. fab meals with warm drinks. exceptionally attentive and top-class staff and altogether a really really nice experience.

This hotel met needs well! There were friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Conveniently located property. Apart from that, Piazzale Michelangelo was 15 minutes' drive away❤

We appreciated location and the food here. Decent size room...

Morning meal food was NICE. Even the Peretola airport was not so far. Nice place for a weekend in Florence.
