Really good stay for two nights. Clean place with knowledgeable staff and panoramic view of the garden. Tranquil location in a peaceful nice area with a wonderful panorama, brand-new room. And so close to the bus stop down the hill to Florence, a gorgeous Tuscan hillside overlooking Florence, and Florence via the busses.

All the staff was extremely great, settled my issues. Twin room with large bathroom, had essentials required.

Romantic and fairly clean place offers delicious breakfast and ideal location in the hills outside of Florence. The room is a nice size with a picturesque view over the valley. The atmosphere is elegant and everyone from the staff are amicable and excellent. No complains at all, we couldn't recommend more staying here.

The staff were unobtrusive and polite. Furnishings were elegant and the room was exceptionally clean. A huge variety of food served in the garden for breakfast, it was the best.

Fantastic and fairly clean place, gorgeous view over the valley. Gorgeous, magnificent location in a 600 year old castle. Bright and huge room, with a mini refrigerator, coffee, and a safe box. Elegant atmosphere in the garden during breakfast.

The booked room was huge and bright with views of the duomo. The garden served a great selection of meals for breakfast.

Nothing too much trouble, I can't recommend highly enough, thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very very helpful and the pool was very clean. The hotel was placed within 15 km of the airport.

Its location was indeed stunning and only 5 minutes walk from Florence Charterhouse. The staff were very helpful and pleasant without being intrusive. The rooms were romantic and extremely pleasant, had a hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Exceptionally nice and unbeatable position in the hills of Florence, in the gorgeous area. Free parking and delicious and marvellous breakfast for the panoramic view.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

We truly enjoyed this small hotel, no complaints whatsoever. The location was absolutely fabulous, within walking distance of Florence Charterhouse. Had good sleep at the twin room with comfortable bed, a clean bathroom plus graceful furnishings.

The location is magnificent, 15 minutes' walk to Florence Charterhouse. The rooms are freshly renovated and have magnificent view over the valley.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The room was freshly renovated: incredible bed, nice sized bathroom. The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to taxis, the central train station and restaurants and shops.

Its location not too far from Cinema Teatro Everest was incredible and picturesque😀👍

It was an attractive hotel in an excellent area, right by a hilltop, and the hill outside of the city. The staff were extremely great! Had a fine meal in the garden. The location was marvellous, for example, Florence Charterhouse was relatively near the venue. Our stay was a fairly nice experience...

the room was huge and offered shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet, so that guests had essentials.

Large room with internet as well as nice breakfast. Marvellous breakfast, with a wide range of food. Incredible location to Viuzzo dei Catinai. Totally REALLY GOOD stay for two nights.

Enjoyed the place, had a comfortable stay for two nights. Actually, the room was huge and perfect, it also had a hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets. The staff were welcoming and exceptional in the whole hotel. The location was stunning, not too far from Florence Charterhouse. Nothing too much trouble, it was dope!

Stayed in this incredibly beautiful and attractive hotel during the trip. We had a the best and amazing breakfast in the garden. The staff were very good, stunning and magnificent location in the city center. Spent our evenings in nearby Bar Falleri, especially when it was hot outside.

The bathroom was a bit small.

The location offered was perfect near to the bus stop as well as other Tuscan sights. Spent here 4 very nice days and will come back.

The location was picturesque, within easy walking distance of Certosa Museum. The atmosphere created was elegant.
