Great staff during my stay. Traditional building and rooms with nice bathrooms. A huge variety of cereals and pastries at breakfast.

The breakfast was bountiful and hearty, guests were offered cereal and pastries. Central location so close to Florences most beautiful sites and museums and a historic center of town, it was in a historic area.

The setting is absolutely perfect, it's close to the Florence as well as restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was placed in the central location adjacent to the Bargello museum. And it was also near to the Piazza Santa Croce as well as all the best sights.

All in all fantastic location, next to Italy for Thanksgiving 2012 and B il Bargello. Besides, easy to get to Magical Beatles Museum.

You can have cereal and pastries for breakfast. Brand-new and neat rooms are accompanied by very good service. The location is perfect, the breakfast is hearty. A must see hotel, I would stay here again.

Decent views of the tuscan hills and the rooftops of Florence from quiet rooms. Excellent variety at breakfast. Great and unbeatable location for our needs, next to all major attractions, coffes, teas, juice, toast, local jams and Florences most beautiful sites and museums.

It had an unbeatable location just off the statue of David, the best resaurants, gelaterias, shops, and "real" good resturants. We also visited Western Approaches Museum.

Had 3 nights in this newly decorated hotel, spent our time here lovely. Daily cereals and pastries for breakfast were amazing. We appreciated rooms with all appliances. The location was best possible in a perfect area, near coffes, teas, juice, toast, local jams, sightseeing spots, museums, shops and restaurants and galleries, the Duomo and other landmarks. Also, the venue was around 10-15 minutes walk from Liverpool Central Library.

This place was pretty standard, with well-appointed rooms, competent staff. The breakfast was hearty and offered a huge variety of delightful food. Very good services were available. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby.

Great-sized room, a lounge, a kitchen area, and a terrace where a nice surprise. The hotel was in a central location in the historic district of Florence. Besides, it was close enough to restaurants, museums and bookings, sightseeing-on a sidestreet, midway between many of the art treasures,-at most-a 3 minute walk to the Duomo and the major attractions in Florence.

The total stay was really lovely for five nights. The staff was extremely friendly and recommended an outstanding restaurant on-site. We were given good sized and nicely furnished room with a computer, a laptop, as example.

Comfort double room I stayed at was brand-new. A bidet in the en suite bathroom was a plus.

My favourite property in Florence. Fab cereal and pastries supplied. Reasonably large and very classy room and classic decor. Very good service and good value. Easy parking nearby. Fantastic and amazing location in a central area close to a museum and a palace. Walking distance to local markets and a market across the street;))

The location is perfect, and the staff is professional. And it's nestled in a lovely building close enough to a library of novels and helpful, up-to-date travel books for planning possible excursions and Volterra for a hiking trip organized by Sherpa Expeditions.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a very pleasant stay for five nights. The breakfasts were bountiful and hearty with a homey and all the staff was very amiable. Had central location right in the centre of the historic area. It was also so close to the Uffizi or Accademia.

It was about 10 km from the airport. Booked a room with pleasant views of the tuscan hills and the rooftops of Florence. I truly enjoyed the breakfast: cereals and pastries were all great.

The hotel rooms were brand-new and neat with up-to-date travel books for planning possible excursions, aircon plus a computer. The breakfast was hearty and the entire staff was hospitable. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from a medieval stone bridge.

Thank you for making our stay a fairly nice experience. Enjoyable breakfast with a fab spread and yogurt, the staff is superfriendly. The room is large and with a balcony and a lounge. Close to a museum and a palace, the location is marvellous and fantastic.

Very comfy bed & great and incredible position just off great location very near Piazza della Signoria, Il Bargello-about a 15 minute walk and good restaurants nearby. Also, adjacent to the sitting area.

It is a recently refurbished hotel with picturesque view of the tuscan hills and the rooftops of Florence. Well-appointed and beautifully maintained rooms, plus the staff is competent! The cost is £ 135. The property offers best possible location in the centre of Florence.

Best possible location not very far from a spandrel segmental arch bridge. And near to a days sightseeing, the Uffizi, Piazza Della Signoria and the Ponte Vecchio bridge and the great sights of Firenze.

Luxury place, you know. We were in a GREAT location. The restaurant was located within 400 feet. Liked terrace.
