Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the purpose, totally recommend it. My experience at this intimate and exceptionally comfortable hotel was enjoyable! I enjoyed hardboiled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Close to the central station, the location was handy and perfect, close to all attractions. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

Everything was perfect, thoroughly enjoyed our such wonderful stay. The breakfast included croissants and cakes. Very central location was a plus. Furthermore, the area was very quiet. It was located close to the train station.

everything was great, including very kind staff. i had a triple room and it was fairly quiet with a nice bathroom. the location was marvellous, for example, the train station was near the venue. nice place to stay in florence, if compared to other hotels.
