The breakfast at the best coffee house in the world was served in the bar. Marvellous location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed.

The location offered was convenient near the major attractions, the centre and famous museums. Went to Yellow Bar for drink or two, set within walking distance of the hotel.

They provided a wide array of good choices for breakfast that was included. It had very central location close to Full Up. The area was nice enough short walk to Florence for a second time and all main attractions, shopping and good restaurants.

We stayed in a tidy double room with an en-suite bathroom and airco.

The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

Had the guest room which was airy with a private outside bathroom. The price was £ 45. This hotel was set in a super central area close enough to good restaurants and historic Florence. I did not want to leave there and would like to come again.

My stay was real good during winter time. The employees were very hospitable all the time. Top and the best location, it was very close to the main attractions of florence, the Florence Cathedral, and the downtown of Florence.

The stuff was outstandingly accommodating - we will choose it for sure next trip. The location was excellant - just next door to the city center as well as Museo Nazionale del Bargello, Cathedral of Santa Maria, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi.

The staff was nice - I would come here again. The location was marvellous and stunning, around 10-15 minutes walk from a pedestrianized square.

The hotel staff was very hospitable and best. When we checked in, double room with a private outside bathroom was ready. Variety of food for breakfast, which was local to satisfy everyone.

Disappointing aspect was inconvenient bathroom.

I was upgraded to a tidy room with bathroom.

I had a SUCH WONDERFUL stay and would definitely stop here again, thanks a lot. Great and stunning position was an added bonus.

Brand-new unit with comfortable bed.

This was a real good stay during winter time. Queen room I stayed at was large with a private outside bathroom. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet was a bonus.

Appreciated our stay here and will be returning here soon. The guest room is airy with comfortable bed and juice. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and really care about the guests. Our hotel is set in a super central location short walk to Uffizi museum and ponte Vecchio, Cathedral of Santa Maria and the city centre, supermarket, famous museums and monuments. They serve local food, have a lot of options to choose from.

Thank you all for the very comfortable stay during winter time. So glad we choose it, it's perfect place for staying in Florence. The location is stunning and brilliant, 2 km from an open - air market...

i found everything nice, can recommend it to everyone. the hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a very very nice area, so close to uffizi gallery and historic center, and the duomo and the uffizi. the entire staff were caring and best. i had brilliant food for breakfast at the best coffee house in the world. the vibe here was quiet.

Everything was great, had a comfortable stay during winter time. We were offered a neat and bright room with breakfast. The property was right in the heart of the city. There was we' Girone De' Ghiotti nearby to grab something to eat.

The room was stylish and bright, and it had an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels that were useful. The staff was best and the owner too.

The staff was superfriendly, so I will come back. Queen room had upgrades, it was silent and welcoming. The location was peaceful, not too far from an open - air market.

The beds were large, the room was big and the location was good. Appreciated having a large kitchen. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

all in all, i spent my time greatly. the room was good sized. and furthermore, there was a l-shaped square only 800 feet of the venue. plenty of food available in bar.

There was no air conditioning.
