had a fine stay for one night, everything was great. the personnel was great, and the host too. no reason to complain, the venue met requirements, couldn't recommend more it.

Its location is marvellous and absolutely perfect, short walk to the centre of town, all the attractions of Florence and all main sites. The hotel staff is helpful and very good.

Even the Peretola airport was not so far, 20 minutes drive away. The room was large and equipped with a modern bathroom, nice furniture, as for instance:)))

Spotless rooms with very comfy beds, bathroom was huge. The staff was very good and helpful - I will be back.

Had a queen room, and we loved it. There were an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and a microwave, which was great. The hotel was in a perfect location, close enough to walk to everything. Plus, it was adjacent to all the attractions of Florence, the center, and the centre of town.
