The hotel had a very central location within walking distance of the main train station. Very, very nice staff at the reception desk, did a nice job.

The location was marvellous and good and easy to travel to a gallery and a chapel walk from the hotel. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting. The restaurant was reasonably priced with delicious food here, I had fresh dishes. Everything was good, I appreciated that.

The service was very good as we had expected. Overall it was a nice size and very well decorated, with a functional bathroom. The location was best possible, to most major attractions, and the bed very clean.

Can just recommend it, our stay here was fantastic. The property is clean with a nice design, and the continental breakfast is the best. The rooms are absolutely fantastic, the bar is good. All in all they offer top-notch service.

The room we booked was reasonably priced and brand-new with the darkest, a private terrace, for example.

Brilliant and fairly clean place offers gorgeous breakfast and unbeatable location within about a 20 minute walking distance from everything. The room is warm enough and essentials you need, including a living area, a sofa, and a safe box, is right there. Had large bedroom and painless check-out, very positive experience overall. The hotel provided a fantastic customer service during our trip.

It's immaculate with exceptionally comfortable beds and absolutely gorgeous views.

Had a reasonable breakfast, a uniquely decorated room with a glorious view of a back garden. It had very central location close to a cathedral-flanked square. Also a gallery and a chapel where walk from the hotel.

Marvellous and particularly good location in addition to being right in the middle of everything and rooms overlooking city. Based really close to the main train station, SMN, main attractions in Florence, and the historical highlights of Florence.

Welcome drinks and boiled eggs, milk, croissants, fruit, and cheese. Relatively quiet location for Florence, adjacent to two charming family owned restaurants down a street behind the hotel-excellant and reasonable, the Academia and the Bistro which also serves lovely food.

We have booked triple room with excellent facilities. The location was marvellous and particularly good, a 10-15 minute walk from a l-shaped square. Tourist attractions like a gallery and a chapel were walk from the hotel. Everything was simply good.

We didn't have time, so we also would want to stay there again. Every single thing was fabulous. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was rich and fresh with vegetables fresh from the family's garden. The so hospitable staff provided all the necessary info.

All in all - had a good 1 night stay. The breakfast was large and hearty with fruit and local products, the best I had in Florence. The location was amazing, just a short stroll away from a medieval cathedral.

Location: the hotel was not far from the venue's adjacent restaurant and including a well stocked market. The place was next to Il Desco Bistro, where you can have dinner...

The rooms are nicely furnished and air-conditioned and the continental breakfast offered has lots of dishes. The bed is very big. It has fantastic, marvellous setting, short walk to a wonderful local restaurant as well as the main attractions, including the beautiful Duomo.
