Breakfast was amazing, room was tasteful and gorgeous. We truly enjoyed wake-up service available. The hotel had a central location close to all major attractions.

It offers an ideal and nice location and has reasonably good staff. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

My room was decent sized and pleasantly furnished and had a safe box and a high ceiling. The setting was quite perfect within easy reach of an indoor market hall.

Central location near to the transportation hub of Tuscany which is very convenient for day trips, the train stations and the bus stations, and the historic center, it was in a very very nice area. The breakfast spread was delicious and amazing with fresh made coffee and pastries, as for instance. The personal was very attentive and attentive.

Magnificent location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. Btw, the airport was 10 km away. The employees were efficient and kept it all overall clean.

The hotel had a brilliant location a super close walk to Via Faenza. Thanks to lovely staff I had a tasteful triple room with views of city.

the deluxe twin room i stayed in was lovely romantic with an excellent breakfast. the hotel was magnificent, it had a convenient and ideal location very close to piazza del duomo, duomo di santa maria del fiore, battistero di san giovanni, the duomo cathedral, and the ufizzi.

Honestly no reason to complain. Overall delicious and great breakfast with meats, juices, fruit and excellent service. Magnificent and fantastic location close to a bus station and main sights. Nearby Bar Maja - great place to chill out.
