I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were welcoming and exceptional.

Facilities were good, but Wi-Fi was quite slow.

All in all magnificent and incredible location, adjacent to the Ponte Vecchio and other wonderful sites, almost all the major attractions in central Florence, and trains. Good food for all meals. Attentive staff with great local knowledge.

Homely hotel with easy location in the center of Florence, and the breakfast was good. The bedroom was neat and new-fashioned. The staff were competent and attentive, we truly enjoyed them.

We enjoyed staying 2 nights here. We had a really good time in this trendy boutique hotel in Florence. The location was excellent and perfect and the private parking was nearby. The property was an easy walk to Florence downtown.

I really enjoyed this hotel, it was fantastic and brilliant with excellent wi-fi. The restaurant had freshly cooked food.

The food was good - a huge variety of options. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Bargello National Museum. And we were close to a basilica and a cathedral.

Every time we stay in Florence, like to stay here. Easy location very close to the Mercato Centrale, Accademia, Medici Chapel, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, olde Florence and plenty of restaurants, it's central. It's near Il Corsini, where you can eat something.

Would definitely book again if in the area. The rooms are tidy with nice decor exactly as in the picture and our experience is PERFECT. Useful and extremely helpful staff as one would expect.

Beds were a little hard.

Comfortable room with central heating system, powerful AC, as example. With coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator. Excellent and incredible location to the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral, close to a medieval cathedral.

The room with a comfortable bed. The location was marvellous, you can visit a medieval cathedral by walking.

The hotel was in a great location, in the heart of the city. Moreover, it was near to the center of Florence, and Florence, near the station and next to the Dome.

Its location was very central, 300 metres from a 15th - century Renaissance mansion. This hotel was in a local area short walk to olde Florence as well as centre of florence.

Location just off Palazzo Vecchio.

Appreciated our stay at this fantastic little hotel, it was very pleasant! Modern room, bed was great plus there was a big bathroom. The location was excellent close to train station as well as the Duomo, really close to via Panzani.

My suite was immaculate and had basic facilities needed. There were coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator. The staff were efficient every time I needed help.
