Marvellous and decent location in a suburb so quite quiet, easy to get anywhere. A terrific service and marvellous and delicious breakfast.

We were given a triple room with round bed which was lovely upon arrival. Had very good facilities, such as central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

Pleasant hotel and fairly clean, enjoyable breakfasts, unbeatable location to the main area of Florence. Pleasant staff providing great services. Neat units with an exceptional view over the pool. Very comfortable stay, big bedroom, late check-out.

Overall clean place with delightful views and incredibly comfortable and decent location right to the bus station. Nice hot breakfast, luxurious king room.

It was a quite comfortable stay in terms of customer service. I greatly enjoyed the quadruple room which was modern. Thanks to the pleasant staff everything was perfect, including a great selection of fab food. The marvellous location was right at The Rolling Bridge. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was good for lunch.

The restaurant here was welcoming for breakfast, we both ordered fine dishes.

The unit we got was beautifully maintained with a good shower, working lamps on the desk and comfortable beds.

The rooms are perfectly clean and huge with EXCEPTIONAL views. The bed is exceptionally comfortable.

Greatly enjoyed how top quality the property was and its cooperative staff on shift. I had a delicious breakfast except for the coffee, the food was good. I do recommend the place.

By and large, it was comfortable place for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun and met very polite and pleasant staff on shift. Try warm dishes served at the attached restaurant.

Comfortable bed in triple room with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Beautiful view of the mountains. Quiet and decent setting, right by Florence, the city center by bus, and the restaurant. And 5 mins walk to Parco Dell'anconella.

The hotel had a remote position right by a big coop supermarket and miniral water refill, city central which was 30-45 minutes endeavor and railway station. The staff members were pleasant and welcoming.

Came here for 2 days, the hotel was recently refurbished, it had unbeatable location just next door to the center with bus 23, the attractions of Florence and central Florence.

It is clean and big hotel, the staff are amazingly nice and location hop on a Mobike to the City Center is great and decent.

Overall it was reasonably large with windows to petrol stations. The attached restaurant offered freshly cooked dishes, and the breakfast was enjoyable and delicious.

We recommend it. Came here for 4 nights with our children, had a really comfortable stay.

I had local food for breakfast except for the coffee. There were comfy beds and an electronic key card, multi-channel television and a writing table in the quadruple room. Residential location was a plus. The airport was 15 km away.

I had a king room and it was luxurious with tea coffee etc. The location was decent as for me, near a bus line, Florence and the restaurant.

We spent 2 nights in triple room with windows to petrol stations. The breakfast was delicious for vegans and the food was local! Residential location of this family-friendly hotel was a bonus. Besides, the area was very nice, next to Circolo Golf Ugolino. A bus stop was close to the property, we appreciated it. Also, we parked nearby.

The service was efficient, though some people working there were not accommodating.

Planned to see Florence major attractions and it was fine base for visiting all of them. In addition, free Wi Fi was a plus.

Position of the hotel adjacent to Albereta and possibility to visit piazzale michelangelo. Location nearby a bus stop. The property was located in the center of the city;))
