the position of the hotel was convenient and excellent, close to all attractions. every member of the staff was very friendly and kind.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Stayed here for 3 nights and liked our choice. The double room was modern and neat, with an electric kettle, climate control and a sofa bed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the staff there were really helpful. The hotel had an excellent location close to a distinguished monument. And it was 5 minutes on foot from the downtown: )

Relaxing base for 1 night. Really helpful staff throughout. A fridge, central heating and television available in the single room. Clean private bathroom. Good and excellent location when travelling to Florence. Besides, excellent for visiting an art museum.
