The hotel was well-maintained and nicely appointed and overlooked street. The room was air conditioned, the bed was comfortable and there was a very comfortable bathroom. The location was best possible and strategic, you can visit Western Approaches Museum by walking. This was a very very good stay, reasonable prices.

Everything was perfect at this budget hotel. I've been here for 4 nights, the breakfast was overall great with Italian coffee from an instant machine. As for me, the location was perfect, close enough to nice neighbourhood, the central train station which is about 20 minutes away and nice restaurants.

The staff was extremely friendly, efficient.

Marvellous location, peaceful area, near to a stellar restaurant, and centrum. Tidy & amazing rooms with balcany, baby cot, 4 single beds. Really kind and nice staff all over the place.

Particularly good and marvellous location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a vastly entertaining and educational museum.

Its location just a short walk away from Rooms was amazing and exceptionally nice. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Florence.

The restaurant was great for dinner here, I had warm dishes. The bathroom was excellent with a hairdryer, a bidet, and shower caps. The location was great and amazing as it was near a stadium and bars.

Overall it was great value for money and well-equipped with balcany. Essentials that you need, such as a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV, were there.

It's fairly large budget hotel, everything is amazing here.

The location was stunning - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, main attraction such as Artemio Franchi Stadium was 2 km from this hotel.

The property's location was particularly good, to the centre of Florence or near public transport. The breakfast was large on the rate and with fabulous food, and the staff was affable.

Great value for money and well-kept room with very comfy bed, a minibar, central heating, and a coffee/tea maker. Plenty of fabulous food for meals.

The hotel's location was good, so close to train station and shops, all the main sites and the centre of Firenze. We found nice Caffetteria Piansa nearby with hot beverages.

The hotel was fairly clean and pleasant, thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant here was excellent for dinner, we both ordered warm dishes. Perfect bed and pillows, there were an ipad and a hair dryer available. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, the room was air-conditioned. The location of this venue in the centre of Florence was amazing and nice. Cafe Caffetteria Piansa located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Enjoyed the place, had a great stay by two extra nights. The location was particularly good and great, for example, Bargello National Museum was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The hotel was in a marvellous and stunning location so close to Piazzale Michelangelo, have nibbles and a quiet neighbourhood.

All in all everything was great, had a great stay by two extra nights. The location was marvellous and amazing, and we could reach Sant'ambrogio Chuch by walking. Set in downtown area, a stadium and bars were near the hotel.

Everything was amazing, it's immaculately clean and EXCEPTIONAL hotel. The location was best possible and strategic, not too far from Full Up. Moreover, it's just off Florence.

The breakfast was large with fruit and juices and parma ham, the restaurant was excellent. The location was unbeatable, at a walking distance from Rooms.

Loved every detail about my pleasant 3 nights stay here. The property was in the centre of the city.

Everything was simply perfect. Overall it was a good stay by two extra nights. The location of the hotel was best possible - not too far from a neo-gothic Franciscan church. Also, the area was residential. I loved a good restaurant with a local menu.

Worth its 3 stars. Planned to see Florence major attractions and it was convenient base for visiting all of them. Besides, private parking meant a lot. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot...
