The place was great and quiet little, it worked for me. Every staff member was very good and kind. Overall the service was fantastic.

Well, Wi-Fi connection was weak.

The room is quiet and luxurious, comes with wonderful terrace, marble bathroom, for example.

Clean venue with reasonably good breakfasts and roof top views. Elegant room and unforgettable staff who deliver outstanding customer service. Exceptionally comfortable bed; wonderful bathroom. Great location for my trip. Found in a good area. And set close to the train station.

Family atmosphere, the staff was wonderful, we had a quick check-in. The location was super, near the main attractions and restaurants which are literally round the corner, in a fairly nice area. Besides, the property was 3 km away from a cantilevered observation wheel.

It was in the very central location, had personable staff on the reception desk.

The breakfast was incredible with a fantastic view over Florence, and the pool was great.

The rooms are big size and cheap with awesome views of the roof top. The food is lovely and fantastic. The location is amazing and beautiful, in easy walking distance to the historic centre. Also, it is not far from the Bus & Train Station, more exclusive restaurants and major museums and fantastic restaurants. Would love to stay here again if in the area.

The room was unique and airy, enjoyed it. Its location was marvellous, in the restaurant on the rooftop, and in a very quiet area. Also, a historic water pump was 4 km away from the hotel.

The property was beautifully kept and we had a very very good stay. The breakfast was extensive and nice hot with a view over Florence, all the food was local. The hotel was in a decent location near the new opera house, the Palazzo Vecchio and the major attractions for what we wanted it for.

Had a nice stay during our vacation, everything was exceptional. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amiable day and night. Overall the room was new-fashioned and nice styled with balcony. The breakfast was superb and fantastic and frequently replenished.

The room is huge, luxurious and has roof top views. The hotel is in the very central location to everything you want to see. It's also right by centre of city, places if interest, and florence as a local. The breakfast in the dining area is exceptionally good and delicious.

Got a superb and incredible breakfast included. I've had airy and unique room with tea as well as terrace. Excellent very central location very close to many lovely restaurants, the river bank and the main railway station, the historical city centre.

My twin room with coffee maker, really comfortable bed, as for instance was airy. The location in a very quiet area was marvellous and lovely. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

It was in a very central setting in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was extensive and delicious and there was variety of brilliant food. All the staff was courteous, fixed my issues.

Local cuisine was served in the authentic restaurant. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Florence.

We visited ponte vecchio that was near the hotel. The breakfast was EXCELLENT and had lots of options. We really enjoyed staying at kraft.
