The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was luxurious & reasonably large.

Loved my 2 nights stay. The room I was given was well decorated and well-equipped with the most amazing view, 2 bedrooms, very interesting authentic interior. The breakfast was marvellous and with proteins. My stay was very enjoyable here.

I had a really nice experience here, everything was fine, the location was magnificent next to the center of Florence and one outlet that appeared to have been reamed. The staff members were all welcoming and incredibly nice. I had soundproof and good-sized room with very interesting authentic interior.

Fabulous small place with best possible and exceptionally nice location adjacent to the centre of town, the Ponte Vecchio and the Piazza Della Signoria, a stone's throw from the Uffizi Gallery and the Ponte Vecchio.

The location was best possible and top: a central market and shops were within walking distance. Also, it was just 1 km to a neo-gothic Franciscan church.

I was offered a marvellous breakfast with proteins. The location was best possible and glorious - ease of access to Bargello National Museum. The hotel was in a historic area, close to other attractions, the most beautiful square, and many other sights.

The place was fantastic little and fabulous and restaurant was great. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was delightful to satisfy everyone. The location was good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an indoor market hall. The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a shopping area.

The room was well-equipped here with a stunning view onto the piazza. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally attentive, they helped us with parking.

All of the staff were competent and especially helpful. The double room I stayed in was beautifully decorated with a big bathroom. There were a safe box, a minibar and central heating, which was great. Location in the middle of the city was a plus❤👍

We met knowledgeable and flexible staff at this hotel. The setting was quite best possible and exceptionally nice within easy reach of an art museum.
