The location to supermarkets was absolutely perfect and comfortable. We loved rooms with all amenities available.

The hotel was in a magnificent location so close to Piazzale Michelangelo, nice personel with good English, and centre of Florence. Perfect service was provided.

Handy base for 2 nights. Upstairs bedroom. Inner courtyard view, great and lovely staff. The location particularly good and amazing very close to centre of Florence. And very close to a very nice quite area ten to fifteen walks, bus stop close by, and center.

Great location close to a bus station, that was handy. There were a bakery and small supermarkets around the hotel.

The location for Florence was quiet and ideal, close to a local restaurant within walking distance from the apartments, the historic city center and monuments.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were bad.

Wonderful and quiet place, functional rooms. Delicious food in the bar for breakfast. Pleasant staff throughout. Particularly good location in the center of town and secure area.

A studio apartment for a washing machine has basic facilities you need.

The setting was nice, close enough to the river, best restaurants, attractions and travel and historical part. Besides, a cathedral-flanked square was 2 km away from the venue. I had reasonably priced room with all amenities available.

My stay was great for a business trip. The bar was perfect for breakfast. Its location at a walking distance from Westminster Cathedral was particularly good and excellent.

Booked a superior apartment for a washing machine. Had good facilities, such as a work desk, a multi-channel TV, and a dining area.

The room we had included a safe box, central heating, and tea and coffee making equipment. The location was comfortable, in a good neighborhood and the interior design was nice.

The total stay was great for a short visit.

Overall it was quiet for a washing machine. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators worked well.

We spend 2 nights in Florence lovely. The breakfast was served in the bar. The location was particularly good, at a walking distance from Artemio Franchi Stadium. Moreover, it was adjacent to a residential area of Florence, many shops, groceries and restaurants that are visited by locals and the restaurant next door.

Reasonably priced place, had a great stay for a business trip. Magnificent and particularly good location, it was close to a bus station. You could walk to a bakery and small supermarkets.

Excellent, unbeatable location so close to Campo di Marte station as well as Florence for very good price.

Honestly no complaint. Wonderful and quiet accommodation with amazing setting not far from the Florence's, restaurants that are visited by locals, and a main shopping street. Great food for breakfast at the bar.

The location was peaceful and ideal, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a cathedral-flanked square. Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave, I would book again.

The location was comfortable very close to train station. The staff was hospitable and excellent, some of them especially.

The location is unbeatable, 2 km from Rooms. The room is reasonably priced. The staff has always been pleasant and accommodating.

I did not want to leave and would go back in flash. There were a safe box, central heating and coffee/tea making machines in my studio suite.

Loved my 2 nights stay. The room for a washing machine. It had plenty of facilities, including a dishwasher, a fridge and a microwave oven etc. The staff was pleasant and delivered perfect service.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

Everything was great, had a such great stay for a short visit. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an electric kettle, a dishwasher and a fridge inside the room. Pleased it had a bidet.

Nice base for exploring Florence. Classic hotel with a friendly owner. Comforts of classic queen studio were fabulous - a private safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a seating area. Appreciated the food at their on-site restaurant DonFefe.
