Reasonably large rooms with a patio, a balcony, and an air conditioner, comfortable beds.

The hotel has secure location short walk to good restaurants as well as somewhere to stay in the beautiful city of Florence.

Had a really really nice stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. The twin/double room was functional with refrigerator, the bed was comfortable. Particularly good central location near to the bus stop, tram and train station and the metro line.

Think that this top quality and nicely presented hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. The location is secure and very close to Florence for 1 night, walkable distance from Tram stop and several excellent restaurants.

The weather was wonderful, had just perfect stay on holidays. Great-sized and stylish room, it included an adjoining terrace and a kettle. The continental breakfast was absolutely superb with many food options, well priced. An underground station was near place.

The location was good in a tourist area, so close to the main train station using the tram, centre and train and the tram / bus stop. Our room was fashionable and functional, equipped with a terrace as well as large fridge.

There were a patio and a kettle in the room, appreciated that. It was in a lovely location with a 1400s church nearby.

We spend 2 nights in Florence lovely. The superior triple room was brand-new with balcony. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice and the staff were excellent! Had tea and goodies at Re Gelato, nestled 1 km of the hotel. The property was near an underground station.

Stunning location, close to a subway station if needed. Positioned in the touristic area. Good sized and well-designed rooms with a big balcony, safe, as for instance and delicious breakfast.

All in all, it's 1st class place that has efficient and excellant staff on duty for special request. The location is perfect and close to a subway station.

The location was excellent close to all the main attractions by a 10 minute stroll. Easily reached Fuoco Matto, located at a short distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, at a medium distance from an art museum. The room I stayed in was brand-new and functional, it had 1 king-size bed and 1 single bed.

The room was a nice size and brand-new and come with an adjoining terrace, a safe box, and a TV set. The continental breakfast was complementary with ham, pastries, coffee drinks. The hotel was in a central location close to everything that you would want to see. Everything was very comfortable, even so a few employees were very rude.

Make sure to get standard queen room with a big terrace, free digital safe, for example.

The room was both updated and modern with safe, a massive bed which was lovely, for example. The location of the hotel was great - around 10-15 minutes walk from a cathedral-flanked square. Enjoyed that it was right by a tram station.

We greatly enjoyed staying 1 night here. The property was nicely presented with COMPETENT staff on duty for special request. The hotel was in a strategic and secure location near the Arno River, buses and Pisa, Luca, and Siena for what we wanted it for.

Appreciated the twin/double room, it was new-fashioned the time we came in. Offered a continental breakfast. The location was particularly good, for example, an art museum was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was set right by a tram station. Everything was simply very comfortable.

Reasonably large rooms with a nice view to a green garden, savoury breakfast. Excellent air-conditioning and climate control — very useful.

Had a very nice stay for 2 nights, would recommend this place. The breakfast was savoury and marvellous with food options for everyone, with incredible food. Attentive staff and the location was quiet...

The staff was efficient and caring at all times. The restaurant here was particularly good for dinner, we both ordered amazing dishes.

It has peaceful and strategic setting close to everything.

The rooms were new-fashioned with a window to the car park with very clean beds🙂

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The room was new-fashioned and airy with refrigerator, Coffee/tea plus large beds, and all other comforts. It was in the central location, had efficient and knowledgeable staff on duty for special request.

Very clean space and excellent breakfast. We easily caught the bus next door to the hotel at fortezza t1 strozzi bus station. We loved our stay here;)))

Nice stay overall. Everything you might need for you vacation is here, we really enjoyed staff and rooms. We visited uffizi gallery that was not far from the hotel...

Staff is very helpful! Beautiful tourist attractions like cappelle medicee were really close to the accommodation.
