The Frame Hotel

Appreciated nice size bathroom and a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control in our double room. The hotel was situated in the central location close to everything.

Everything was good, had a fantastic stay during our two week holiday in Tuscany. Twin/double room was updated and the food was reasonably priced.

Simply decorated and reasonably large units with 2 baths n a jacuzzi in the private terrace, tea, for example.

Soundproof unit with an electric kettle and refrigerators. A really pretty area, good and incredible location adjacent to the centre of the medieval Florence and railway station.

Generally it's a clean hotel with delicious and excellent breakfasts. The staff are great and informative people on the night shift.

Overall - lovely welcoming place with excellent staff on the night shift. Breakfast for vegans. Very central location, not far from main attractions and in front of a main street and a cathedral. Again, not far from Bargello National Museum.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels inside the room.

Its location at a walking distance from an art museum was great and stunning.

The location was great and absolutely incredible, very close to the central station, it's a plus. It was also not far from LA GIOCONDA-FOR STEELING MONEY, and the main attractions.

Well, it was a comfortable stay during our two week holiday in Tuscany. The hotel was in a good and stunning location so close to the centre of the city, the Duomo and many bars and restaurants and Close to the train station. Also, a medieval cathedral was at a short distance.

This was my great stay for a great night in Florence. It was in a marvellous location, walk from the train station. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting. The breakfast was sensational for vegans and the food was reasonably priced🙂❤😀

Bright, big size unit with the shower from the rest of the bathroom and tea plus comfy bed.

It was in a great and brilliant location away from Santa Maria Novella train station. We had a tasteful room, also there were WiFi, a writing desk, and a storage. Great and informative staff on the night shift, which was unquestionably a plus.

Amazing and wonderful location in Florence, just off the center of a very hot and bustling Florence, the city centre and Close to all the big sights. Plus, walking distance to via Panzani.

It was in a very central location, to Pisa airport. Plus, it was close enough to a spandrel segmental arch bridge.

Absolutely incredible hotel with an EXCEPTIONAL service, spent my time lovely here. The breakfast was delicious and sensational for vegans, the staff was welcoming. The location was marvellous and fantastic, you can visit Church of Santa Maria Novella by walking. Furthermore, the area was tourist.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. The units were bright and the staff were polite and courteous people on the night shift. The airport was 10 km away.

The hotel was incredible in general, had welcoming staff on the night shift. The breakfast was delicious and excellent for vegans, with variety of cheap options. The location was fantastic, relatively close to a medieval cathedral. Besides, it was just next door to the main shopping street, easy walking to the train and both train station.

The double room was beautifully designed and new-fashioned, perfect for my needs. Everyone was amiable and outstandingly accommodating. The location was great and incredible, for example, a prominent art museum was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Location: the hotel was right by the center of Florence, a very tourist area, and the Piazza Santa Maria Novella as well as the train station. The staff was super friendly and extremely polite throughout the day. The rooms were modern with simple decor and hypoallergenic pillows.

We had the twin/double room it was tasteful. We had a stunningly beautiful view. The location was very central, strategic in the center of Florence. Moreover, it's right by the main train station and the Duomo.

Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, it was soundproof. The atmosphere created was quiet!

My favourite property in Florence. Good and stunning location in the town, in front of tourist attractions. Positioned in the really pretty area, close enough to the trainstation and the Duomo as well as LA GIOCONDA-FOR STEELING MONEY.

It was a fantastic experience. Exceptional service, though a few employees were unattentive. The breakfast with burned coffee and yogurts, for example was delicious and sensational for what you got. The location was great for walking around a medieval cathedral.

Good facilities and a delicious breakfast with pastries and yogurts, as for instance. Marvellous and best possible location to a local coffee shop, easy to get around. Really close to the train station and many tourist sights, Florence, and shops.

It's nestled in a very comfortable building with magnificent and decent location close to everthing.

Super bed, GREAT location, also the staff was kind. Deluxe queen room was the best. Useful base for exploring Florence.

Just a 5-minute stroll to the center. The location was excellent, with Ristorante Alla Griglia nearby, where we could eat. Comfortable bed and beautiful room. Service was friendly as we had expected.
