Overall a pleasant stay for five nights. Fairly clean place with incredible view of the main cathedral. Reasonably priced location in the main Piazza della Signoria square at Palazzo Vecchio, well-equipped and well-kept rooms.

Exceptional and marvellous location in Florence, really close to all the other main sites, a 15 minute walk down Via Roma to the Uffizi and other areas of Tuscany. Awesome staff; early check in.

Fairly clean place with very friendly staff and fantastic view of the main cathedral. Best possible and comfortable small hotel location short walk to the main Piazza della Signoria square at Palazzo Vecchio, the Pitti Palace and the many wonderful restaurants in Florence. Also, to train station where we caught a cab to Piazzale Michelangelo which is also walkable if you have enough time. Totally pleasant stay by the housekeeper.

The staff were attentive and excellent and provided help. Its location not too far away from an art museum was absolutely perfect and incredible. You could walk to a market and a bakery.

Friendly personnel and FANTASTIC location. Room had lots of facilities, including a minibar, climate control and a safe. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. Thoroughly enjoyed dainties at Magnum, it was a short way from the hotel. We would happily return as the venue met requirements.
