I was offered a room with particularly nice views of city. A bidet in the bathroom was a plus. The provided service was terrific.

It's incredibly beautiful trendy boutique hotel with wonderful location and attentive staff.

Everything was perfect, marvellous location very close to Prada and Gucci on the most exclusive shopping street in Florence and the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, extremely accommodating staff. This was my 2nd stay, they offered suite with a view. A private safe, climate control, and a mini-bar were provided.

The rooms they offer were good-sized and well-designed with terrace, a separate bedroom, as example. The hotel was in the very central setting right in the centre.

Very central location, just a short walk away from a medieval cathedral.

The location was unbeatable and excellent, and we could reach Gucci by walking. The staff was helpful and the room was newly decorated with comfortable beds.

Even though the bed was too soft, it was VERY NICE stay.

everything was really good, helpful staff made our stay really really nice. the rooms were newly renovated, big, came with candles, cute balcony plus a separate bedroom. a microwave, an electric kettle and fridges were provided. the location was unbeatable and magnificent - 500 metres away from a l-shaped square.

Best possible and incredible location, a minute walk from a large Gothic palace. Early check-in, parking nearby. By the way, parking fee - gbp 39 per day.

Very central location in the citycentre. For tea or coffee visit Hard Rock Cafe nearby.
