Hotel La Scaletta Al Ponte Vecchio

The hotel had a magnificent position, to the center of the old town.

The unit we got was comfortable modern with spacious shower, big windows & very good location, as for instance. Food was outstanding, staff was really helpful.

We ate at a very nice restaurant with a panoramic view. It boasted incredibly beautiful views to the Bobboli garden.

The place was good modern, with its extremely helpful staff at reception desk. We loved staying 3 nights here.

The bedroom was comfortable modern and newly remodelled. We had a marvellous view over the Boboli gardens and a comfortable bed. It was in the very central location close to all the main attractions.

I really enjoyed exclusive decor of the deluxe double room. The location was excellent, very close to Santa Croce / Pazzi Chapel across the Arno as well as the historical center of Florence, and had wonderful views.

Modern facilities and savoury and delicious breakfast with different cakes and lovely eggs.

The whole experience was very pleasant! The hotel was clean based in an Italian style building with very amiable staff. Very good service, although a few employees were not so helpful.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Magnificent and amazing location away to the Ponte Vecchio bridge, all was very good. We had lunch at nearby Dimitris, tried their fast food options.

Our superior room was equipped with aircon as well as big windows. The hotel had a very central setting closer to the train station.

The location was marvellous: supermarkets and a grocery shop were within walking distance. The breakfast in the rooftop restaurant for dinner and drinks was savoury and delicious.

The suite was newly decorated with a balcony and jacuzzi tub plus great view. The staff was extremely helpful, offered concierge service and wake up calls free of charge.

Recommend for price/quality. The location is comfortable, and the area is fantastic walk from restaurants and bars. There is a wonderful rooftop restaurant, serving appetising dishes.

Everything was very good, including extremely helpful staff at reception desk. The breakfast was above average with breathtaking views over Palazzo Vecchio, the best we had in Florence. This good modern hotel had very central setting close to the old bridge. Besides, it was really close to Uffizi, Accademia Gallery and Duomo all all the great piazzas.

Appreciated this unique hotel with patient staff at reception desk. The restaurant was very nice with a great view, we ordered appetising dishes.

The restaurant was beautiful for dinner and drinks here, I had delicious dishes. Plus it was air conditioned and had very modern interior.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, even so everything was very good. We stayed in suite with a great view.

The breakfasts were savoury and delicious with bakery for sweet tooth and a stunning view, for instance. The location was amazing, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an art museum.

Great value hotel, the facilities were great. The room was well-equipped and faced the garden. Its location was perfect and convenient, than near the station area.

Excellent value hotel in a very nice area close enough to the restaurants, Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio, and the grocery store, Sapori and Dintori. Well-equipped and tastefully decorated rooms, incredibly large beds.

Overall it was well-maintained and pet-friendly with a great view.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the suite with garden views, everything was very good. I was there for 3 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for dinner. Hotel's location was magnificent, near many attractions. Food was amazing and I have nothing but very good memories from this trip.

The location was central, very close to restaurants, and sightseeing, and there were a palace and a museum minutes from the venue. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Golden View Open Bar. The room was recently renovated with a terrace, beautifully renovated bathrooms, good bed linen, I loved it. Everything seemed very good, clean.

We have booked deluxe queen room with clean facilities. The location was magnificent and incredible for walking around a Renaissance palace.

Suite had a comfy bed. It was fashionable and bathroom included a bathtub. The location was PEACEFUL in a magic neighborhood and the staff here was attentive and knowledgeable. The cool drinks in roof top bar were very welcome.

I was offered a delicious breakfast at another place. The location of the hotel was incredible and fab - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an art museum. I ate in the rooftop restaurant nearby. I used concierge service and wake up calls, it's free too.

and it's 0.5 km from peretola airport. the deluxe queen room is impressive and bright.

The hotel was quaint and clean with great views to the Bobboli garden. The superior queen room we had was attractive. The location was incredible, not too far from Full Up. It was set in a very nice area. You could leave a car nearby.

It was worth its 3 stars. Air-conditioned rooms, excellent location.

Spectacular view from the terrace. The service we got was EXCELLENT. Touristic places like uffizi gallery were close to our hotel. 20 minutes by car from the airport.

2 minutes away from piazza della signoria. A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. We liked staying at la scaletta.
