The staff was pretty friendly and helpful, the service was excellent, they shared some useful information. The location of the hotel was incredible, in the center. Lucky that it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Chicken Valley, offering food to go.

Nice overall experience. Charming boutique hotel in a residential area really close to railway station and the centre. Huge and airy room with great bathroom, outstandingly accommodating staff. A work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a multi-channel TV were convenient.

The breakfast had a wide array of fab food and drinks. The atmosphere created was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent very close to pretty much everything in Florence. It was also just next door to the Mercato Centrale and train station.

Not a single complaint.

It is an absolutely charming and nice property located in Florence Historic Centre district not far from city center, sightseeing, and the many sights. The staff are affable and accommodating as well as the owner. Offers excellent service and great food.

We spend 3 nights in Florence lovely. Our spotless room was equipped with the basics like an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a personal safe. Really friendly and amicable staff, provided information if needed.

The hotel was quiet little, loved city view from our superior king room. The breakfast was gorgeous and absolutely superb and there was lots of great food. The location was good, for example, an art museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. You could walk to the main shopping centre and a market.

So glad we chose it, spent 6 great days here. The location walk from the train station was marvellous and incredible. Pleasant restaurant provided local dishes.

This lovely boutique hotel had quiet atmosphere. Everyone was amicable and accommodating as well as owner. The venue was placed in the very central location very close to the Duomo. Plus, it was close to the David, and the market.

Didn't like the area, it was unattractive.

The location was marvellous, within a close distance from a medieval cathedral. The staff were accommodating and welcoming and the pool area was great.

We all had a really really nice stay in this nice little hotel. It offered us incredible location just off a taxi from the train station.

i had airy superior queen room with all the necessities and great bathroom plus sound proof window. there were an electric kettle, a fridge and an oven.

I had VERY NICE days staying at this great boutique hotel. Had variety of options for breakfast, it was superb. The venue was in a very central location so close to nice restaurants nearby, the David, and Accademia, Palazzo Medici-Riccardi, Mercato Centrale, Il Duomo. It also was to all major tourist spots.

Stayed in neat double room with sound proof window and beautiful attention plus great bathroom. A hair dryer, a shower cap and bath sheets were available there. The service was all in all friendly!

Location: the hotel was close enough to the train station, Florence, and the hectic city centre. I could see street from the double room. I had fairly nice experience and would come here again: D
