The rooms are well-equipped with an amazing view of florence and our experience is perfectly pleasant.

My room was recently renovated and a decent size with powerful shower, heating, for instance, and the check-out was late.

Got king suite with exceptional standard of these apartments, modern design plus very nice view as expected. The hotel was placed in the very central location yet close enough to walk to everything.

The area was undesirable.

Had 6 days in Florence, spending our time here lovely. The location near all the bridges including the Ponte Vecchio Bridge was unbeatable and excellent. Plus, it was just next door to Florence: A magnificent city of florence, and SMN train station.

The service in general was good.

The units are brand-new, great modern with which is handy on a long trip, huge comfy beds, for example. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware are a nice touch.

We greatly enjoyed this brand-new hotel. Its location was perfect and exceptionally nice, close enough to everything to be centrally located. It was good to be 1 km away from Chicken Valley, serving short-orders.

I thoroughly enjoyed the perfect and absolutely stunning room, and the excellent view of garden and river. The breakfast was good, variety of outstanding food. Its location was marvellous, in Cestello church, and in a domestic area.

It made our trip to Florence a such wonderful experience. The hotel was stunningly beautiful and had all the modern charm coupled with a good service.

Liked staying at the newly remodelled and decent size suite with a view.

The breakfast spread was satisfactory, with a great selection of great options. The staff were amazingly nice and accommodating, everything was excellent.

Stylish and little place with welcoming staff. Very central location in walking distance from the main attractions. Quiet atmosphere, a wide range of delicious dishes.

The stay here was just perfect, enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with good and perfect location next to Florance train station and bars and restourants.

The place was beautiful and clean. Great and lovely location in front of a bus stop and vibrant area. For shots visit Gesto, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Overall it was very well decorated with wonderful views in the heart of florence. We had an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware.

Came here for 6 night stay, had a very pleasant experience. Everyone from the staff was especially helpful and attentive. It was a perfect and excellent location for us, near to vibrant area in close vicinity to restaurants, central Florence and Cestello church and the Arno. Spent our evenings in nearby Gesto enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Extremely small bathroom, very small room, we were a little disappointed.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable - relatively close to Church of Santa Maria Maggiore.

The room was fashionable and huge and offered a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet, so that guests had essentials. The location was stunning, just a short walk away from Centro Storico. Besides, it was just a short walk away from downtown, that worked for us...

everything was simply excellent. the staff were attentive and accommodating and food was delicious. booked a room with particularly nice views of the surrounding hills. all the services were good.

The unit we got was neat and fashionable with a huge comfy bed, hot water on the table, for instance.

This was an enjoyable stay in walking distance to all historic sites you wan na visit. Everything was perfect, however a few employees were terrible.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met needs. The marvellous location was very close to a large Gothic palace. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were polite and kind. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electric kettle, air conditioning and an individual safe were a nice touch. Could use their private parking.

The staff was ACCOMMODATING plus the location was marvellous and fab. The room was stylish and had private bathroom plus coffee and tea making facilities, fridges, and glassware.

I liked the hotel overall. The double room was impressive with a view. It had very central location close to Cappella Brancacci.
