The staff was attentive and nice on arrival and throughout the stay. The venue was set in the very central position right by all high end stores, all tourist spots, even the farthest, and Florence.

Neat room, good beds and clean bathroom. Extremely friendly, nice staff towards all guests.

The location was incredibly comfortable and top, with restaurants and bars walk from the hotel. The staff was attentive, always there to help. The room in general was well decorated.

Very central location near to all locations, many attractions and the center of Florence, it was in a basic area. Besides, we wanted to visit a vastly entertaining and educational museum, that was relatively near the hotel.

Everything was very good, I appreciated my stay. The best part were the very responsive and especially helpful staff. The room was tastefully decorated and perfect with kitchenette as well as a washing machine which would 've been very useful for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was magnificent - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Liverpool Central Library.

Had central location close to everything in Florencia. Moreover, it's right by Uffizi gallery, Museo dei uffizi and the Galleria Academia, and the Ponte Vecchio. There were comfortable beds and a living room, a kitchenette, and a couch inside the room.

Got the same reasonably spacious and tidy room with double bed booked online, truly enjoyed that. Fridges, a stovetop, and kitchenware were a huge plus. The location of this hotel near great bars as well as the centre was marvellous and particularly good.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, but everything was very good. Nicely decorated and absolutely perfect units for a washing machine which would 've been very useful, liked it.

Plus, the location is great and amazing, minutes from a cathedral-flanked square. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located very close to everything. The studio apartment is well decorated and has coffee/tea makers, a multi-channel television, and a dining area.

The setting is marvellous and particularly good, so close to all bridges, and Firenze. Florence Historic Centre is a district that deserves exploring. The units are nicely decorated, amazingly comfortable with the heating of all apartments, hairdryer, double bed...

The hotel of choice in Florence. Excellent base for travelling to Florence and exploring local places. Tidy and comfy units available with a very nice view, a washing machine, sofa. Very supportive and especially helpful staff always on hand.

genuinely helpful staff and top location in the center, everything was very good. the property was right in the heart of the city. spent our evenings in nearby fattoria rossi firenze enjoying drinks and atmosphere. our stay was a pleasant experience.

The apartment was neat and perfect for what we needed. Its location was incredibly comfortable and top, close to everything. Moreover, it was near Duomo and the main tourist street as well as all tourist spots.
