The units are new-fashioned, tasteful with great equipment. The staff are amiable and incredibly welcoming. The hotel has a great and wonderful location, a short walk from a spandrel arch bridge.

Got beautifully decorated room with great equipment. Had such facilities, like a flat screen TV, a dining area and a study table. Location: the hotel was close enough to Ponte Vecchio bridge as well as the palace...

Marvellous setting in the nice enough area, very close to most attractions including the museums and the central area. A microwave, a personal safe and climate control available in the deluxe room.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and amazing - relatively near a l-shaped square. Besides, it was near most attractions including the museums, and taxi stand. We had single room to ourselves with great equipment, comfortable bedroom, for instance.

The rooms were brand-new with great equipment, the stuff were nice. The hotel was in a great and stunning location, walk from the train station. Flexible check-in, the staff helped us with luggage.
