It was a very very good experience. Enjoyed my superior room. The staff was well-trained and everything was perfect. The location was peaceful in a quiet street. Pimlico tube station was 10 min away.

Please let the superfriendly and affable staff know of our gratefulness for a good stay. The standard single room is brand-new, we also enjoyed pleasant views.

The room I got was well decorated with baby cot. The staff was hard-working, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. Central location was a plus. Food was fab and superb, enjoyed it.

Clean place accompanied by courteous and understanding staff. Marvellous, above average breakfast with meats and ceral and fresh fruit. Ideal location eXTREMELY close to the train station. And short walk to the center of the town and the railway station as well as the main sights.

The location was good, close to Saint Mary's Cathedral. The restaurant was very nice for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. There was Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was excellent.

The executive room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was extremely spacious and functional with a large bed. The staff were courteous and the setting was marvellous. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away.

An enjoyable stay in my whole life during holiday. Location - perfect and amazing near the city center after 10 or 15 minutes walk as well as the Central Market. Besides, excellent for visiting a bucolic village.

The breakfast was above average and varied with hot scrambled eggs, yoghurts and espresso from a machine.

The venue was in a central location next to the main sights in town as well as railway line. Fortezza da Basso district was definitely worth visiting.

A deluxe room with 4 beds has basic facilities you need. Practical and convenient location, a tram station is close to the hotel.

The units were reasonably spacious and functional with private full bath. The location is great and perfect, 1 km from Palazzo Degli Affari.

Clean and chic place. Had superior king room with reading lamp as well as queen size bed. Hard-working, genuinely helpful staff towards all guests.

I've had a very very GOOD stay during holiday. I loved its well-trained staff. Location: the hotel was just next door to the train station and other tourist attractions and centre of Florence. The in-house restaurant served lots of good food.

The location was stunning and particularly good, just off the railway station, next to Santa Maria Novella, and museums. The in-house restaurant offered delicious dishes, and the breakfast was above average and varied.

The location was peaceful to Piazzale Michelangelo which is on the other side of the Arno river and in a quiet street. The unit we got was nicely decorated with a big bathroom and a large bed plus the TV.

I found the hotel's location marvellous and perfect, not far from several bus lines and uffizi, academia, santa maria novella church and much more.

Even the Peretola airport was not so far. Just a walk down to Time Caffe, where you can have lunch. Excellent place for a city trip in Florence.
