The location was good, the staff was attentive. Fortezza da Basso district was worth exploring. Twin room I stayed at was brand-new and lovely romantic especially with the extra bed.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 5 nights, yet everything was really good. The staff were really helpful, affable, did all they can for a good stay. It was in a comfortable location walking distance to restaurants and bars. Set walking distance to a park and a mountain, it was a plus.

Had such wonderful stay in this absolutely great hotel, the staff were attentive, location was marvellous easy to walk to everything. The room was big size and stylish in general, especially with the extra bed. Location: the venue was very close to the Duomo, the train station along Via Nazionale, and beautifull Florence. And it's a 10-15 minute walk from Fuoco Matto, ate there once or twice. We enjoyed this place.

The room we booked included a kitchen. It's next door to Hops Pub with nice drinks and cocktails...
Street was noisy.
