The location of the property was comfortable and excellant, by tram. I had a twin room included with a fan, bathroom, for example. The stuff where amicable the whole time of my stay.

Got the same quadruple room booked online with bathroom, a fan, as for instance. The location of the property was convenient and excellent as we were right by Maria Novella train station, and city center.

location: the hotel was adjacent to the city centre as well as the train station and the bus station. spent a nice evening at trattoria dall'oste, located right next to the venue. we stayed at the great value for money room with bathroom, a fan, as example.

It was right place for travelling to Florence, I was glad to stay there. Particularly good location and overall the staff was friendly. Visited few places in the centre, at a short distance from the hotel...

Disappointing aspect was too small bathroom.
