Amazing breakfast with cappuccino, croissants, yogurt and good service.

Central location, within a close distance from a cathedral-flanked square.

The breakfast was free and marvellous with wonderful latte and vegan options, and the fish bar was a plus. We appreciated the convenience of the superior queen room with double window.

All the stuff where very attentive, the breakfast was free with vegan options and juice, as example. Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees were not very friendly.

The restaurant was amazing for dinner here, I had tasty dishes. The bathroom was spacious and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet for my convenience. Very central location was a plus. The staff were all amiable and provided great service.

It has great and lovely location to see a minor basilica.

Extremely helpful staff, well-appointed and nicely furnished room with an enormous bathroom, historical furniture, for example. Perfect and excellent location right at Bargello National Museum. Located in 20 minutes' drive to the airport.

Excellent location, a 10-15 minute walk from a l-shaped square. Updated unit with a nice wooden ceiling. Attentive and helpful staff all over the place.

Location: marvellous, right by the bakery next to the location, most iconic sites and Ponte Vecchio/across the river. Marvellous breakfast with appetising products.

All nice, everything you need for the trip. It's clean with a central location in an extremely tourist infested area.

The location was marvellous and lovely, you can visit Church of Sant'ambrogio by walking. They gave us a superior double room with a great bathroom

The location was brilliant, within walking distance of a medieval stone bridge. The restaurant was nice for dinner, I tried delicious dishes.

It was airy, decent sized and with a nice wooden ceiling. The location was stunning, relatively near a medieval cathedral. The service was great, totally satisfied.

Thanks a lot for a good stay for the following two nights. The staff is efficient and excellent. The location is incredible, at a moderate distance from Rooms. Distance to the restaurant takes 100 metres.

I had NICE food for breakfast at a bakery down the street. The location was marvellous and the staff was very attentive and efficient during the whole stay!

Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was bad.

The total stay was really good with very good value for the money. The room was neat and updated and I really enjoyed hotel's affable staff. Its location not too far from a l-shaped square was unbeatable and brilliant.

If you are going to visit palazzo vecchio, you can stay here. The location was superb, with Biancazerozero nearby, where we could eat. Really really enjoyed the bed, it was lovely.
