There were air-conditioned & functional rooms with bathroom, a mezzanine for the kids, for example.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was horrible.

Everything is perfect here. Make sure to get double room with a mezzanine for the kids, bathroom, as example. The staff are helpful, we loved them. An excellent bar does the trick...

Extremely friendly staff and magnificent location in cafe around, everything was good. The suite I got was included with the bathroom, a mezzanine for the kids, as example. Location: the hotel was next to the train station as well as a great street market for a variety of local hand made products which will make great souvenirs.

It was stylish, functional and with a mezzanine for the kids. Incredible very central location right by tourist attractions and the Santa Maria Novella train station which was approx a 5 minute walk using google maps.

The units are recently refurbished, reasonably spacious with the bathroom, a mezzanine for the kids, as for instance. The hotel's staff are very good and kind.
