The place was perfectly clean, I booked the suite with street views, everything was very good. There were central heating, a work desk, and television in the room, enjoyed that.

The hotel had a super central setting to the main areas.

The staff was very amiable, hospitable.

Real good stay, as always.

Facilities were clean, even so internet was terrible.

Amazing location in Florence Historic Centre district near to the touristic areas and the local places, many good restaurants, supermarket, markets and the main area, and all the tourist attraction in florence. Bright and well heated units with shared bathroom, balcony, as for instance.

Rooms are great little and well heated with a bathroom, toilet where shared plus single beds, food is amazing. Offers good and excellent location in a quiet area. Thank you for a good stay.

It was modern, brand-new and with a bathroom. The location of the hotel was stunning and fantastic - at a medium distance from a medieval cathedral.

Everything there was nice. Very early check-in, amazingly nice employees. Super central location, not too far from a l-shaped square.

The units are a nice size with shared bathroom. The rate is £ 24, satisfied.

Brand-new units with air con, bathroom, a very cozy bed, and the staff were excellent. They offered us delightful meals, had lots of options to choose from.

Besides, the location was marvellous and incredible for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a central railway station. It was also just next door to San Lorenzo market and many other tourist attractions as well as restaurants. Liked this hip new hotel, would recommend.

The hotel had a central location near to the centre, liked this place. In Il Cardellino, located nearby I had Italian meals.

rooms were warm and welcoming and provided with a bathroom and single beds plus an inner window.

Well, internet was terrible.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, but everything was very good. Its location at a moderate distance from a medieval cathedral was excellent and lovely.

Exceptionally clean hotel in a really clean building near the cathedral and the city center. Warm room with shared bathroom, pleasant staff...

Loyal personnel, good bed. Room was big as expected. Trattoria Mario, where you can eat, is within short walking distance of the hotel.

Unfortunately wi-fi didn't work.

We thoroughly enjoyed fine rooms and location. Just a 10-minute stroll to the centre😃

Beds were a bit hard.
