The location was marvellous and fantastic, in the heart of Medieval Florence a stones throw from many attractions! The staff were amazingly nice, breakfast was the best and particularly nice. The rooms were spotless and unique with a view, and special atmosphere.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the room was well-appointed. We had a large bedroom.

The property was overall clean and perfectly located by a very interesting church that should be investigated. The location was INCREDIBLE and beautiful, just off Uffizi Gallery, a historical palace and walking distance, bars and restaurants. After long day I visited The Marquis of Westminster for a couple of drinks.

Fantastic location to the other sights from there. And short walk to a nice square inside a historical palace as well as a historical palace.

I've had a really nice stay for New Years holidays. Everything was really perfect, amazing location very close to the train station, the staff were outstandingly accommodating! Wake-up service, available in my classic double room, was a nice bonus. A bath in the connecting bathroom was a plus. It was perfectly located for seeing an art museum.

Perfectly located hotel, so close to a lovely plaza, a beautiful Renaissance square and the center of Florence. Nearby Ok Bar - great place to chill out. Well-appointed and brand-new room plus with old italian decor.

Reasonably priced place, had a very very good stay for New Years holidays. The staff were very competent and patient, had a great attitude. Superior double room with a view was the best. The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, around 10-15 minutes walk from a l-shaped square. We really enjoyed being in this property.

Got well-appointed and beautifully maintained superior queen room with good ac as expected, really enjoyed it. There were an electric kettle and fridges too.

the breakfast was the best and excellent, i would love to come back here some time. overall it was a luxurious stay of the exemplary service i received before-and-during my stay. the location was tranquil, at a medium distance from a medieval cathedral. it was also set minute drive from a museum and a basilica. i went to a pleasant restaurant and loved the local dishes.

The hotel was quaint and romantic, and the staff were affable, appreciated the wonderful location really close to beautiful square in the heart of Florence, Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, Gallery of Academy and National Museum, and the main museums. The booked room was luxurious and huge with very good air condition.

The location was marvellous and fantastic - ease of access to a Roman Catholic minor basilica. Moreover, it was close enough to Florence's most beautiful and under visited squares, the major attractions and the main museums and historical buildings.

It was in general a great experience. Within short walking distance to the restaurant Martare:)))
