The location was particularly good, specially it was close to the train station which was useful. Got savoury and very very good breakfasts with very nice value, hot beverages plus Rates to Go.

Enjoyed my very enjoyable stay for short visit. The breakfast was savoury with hot beverages and freshly brewed coffee, as example, and the restaurant's offer was fab! The personnel was incredibly nice and consistently courteous. The location was unbeatable and nice, minutes from the train station. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

The breakfast is tasty with a wide array of things to eat and drink. The double room overlooks city and includes an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The hotel offers great and unbeatable location near Florence downtown.

The location was particularly good and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from an art gallery. The room was tastefully decorated & brand-new together with bidet, couch plus bathroom.

The breakfast was reasonably priced with very nice value, liked it.

Thoroughly enjoyed the fact that I chose this truly exceptional hotel. There was a lot of fab meals. Everything was perfect as expected, however the bathroom was too small. The excellent staff provided all the necessary info. The setting was quite incredible and stunning within easy reach of an indoor market hall.
