The location was great: the main shopping centre and shopping centres were within walking distance. The hotel was in a pretty nice area. The room was neat and huge with a balcony.

I appreciated the stay. I ate at a very nice restaurant for both breakfast and one dinner. The location was handy and decent - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

Perfect venue with decent location adjacent to the centre of Florence, the meeting points for various tour companies and historic areas and amazing breakfast. Airy room with pleasant views of the hills above the rooftops of houses and the disused barracks and contemporary decor;)))

Perfectly clean place & competent and extremely helpful stuff with service provided by front desk and restaurant staff. Fantastic and above average breakfast to start the day, good food. Handy location, historic area, near the train station for those whose comes by train, and the fitness center.

Everything was excellent, met the purpose, and the staff were unobtrusive people at replenishing the buffet. I booked an extremely spacious and fancy room complete with fresh towels, big windows, as example. The location was incredible, just a short stroll away from Via Faenza. You could walk to the main shopping centre and shopping centres.

Wonderful hotel, breakfast was fantastic, magnificent location adjacent to a garden area. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a storage space and a safe box. I visited downstairs bar and tried cold drinks.

It has very central location and walk from a railway station.

The property was nicely appointed and excellent value with professional staff at the reception desk. The restaurant was very nice for dinner, we ordered appetising dishes. The venue's position was central.

The hotel location was convenient and decent close to all main sights in the historic centre of Florence. Plus, it was adjacent to Florence's main train station. The room was contemporary and newly decorated, and the bathroom was big.

the location was unbeatable, relatively close to an indoor market hall. the hotel was a great base for enjoying a shopping area. we loved the view on garden.

Perfect and peaceful location at a walking distance from a medieval cathedral. A real good stay for holiday.

In overall, the place is simple, has polite staff at replenishing the buffet. It's right by that wonderful statue, the main railway station and the Duomo.

Neat and fancy units with marked as well as bathroom, and the staff were exceptional. The location was perfect, not too far from Centro Storico.
