100% recommend to all. Fairly clean place with thoughtful and hospitable staff and excellent view of the cathedral and bell tower.

Neat and huge units with the fantastic view, private bathroom, for example, and the staff were pleasant.

This place was amazing and the staff was excellent and knowledgeable. Liked spacious and cosy king room with shared bathroom, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The breakfast offered a huge variety of amazing meals. The location was great and unbeatable, with bars and pubs very close to the hotel. A basilica and a cathedral were very close to the venue.

I booked a single room with climate control, a work desk, and a TV.

Clean, small hotel with incredibly nice and supper friendly staff. The single room with private bathroom, fridge, as example. Lots of delightful food at breakfast time. Early check-in, marvellous and perfect location just off all major tourist attractions and the main train station, the main train station and different tourist spots.

The venue's position was very central. Besides, it was 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park.

We needed to have lift.

Warm & neat unit with shared bathroom and the fantastic view plus fridge. Great and perfect location for everything I could possibly need and near duomo and train station and tram T2 to airport. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Saint Anne's Well.

We had a very good stay and can't recommend highly enough it to all. Truly enjoyed the way our decent sized queen room with a view was arranged. The location in a very convenient area was fantastic and amazing and there were supermarkets and shops nearby.

It was right by the central train station, the Medici Chapel and the square with restaurants, best possible and prime location overall. There was L'osteria di Giovanni near the hotel. Everything was perfectly fine, very good value for money.

I had huge, warm rooms with a refrigerator, an air conditioning, and a work desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had excellent views of the cathedral and bell tower.

Its location very close to a market and shops was good. Really enjoyed the way our neat guest room with shared bathroom was arranged.

Very good value for money, this place is gorgeous. I have stayed in the single room with shared bathroom. It has pleasant, incredibly welcoming staff.

The bathrooms are not very clean.

We would definitely recommend this hotel, spent here quiet 6 nights. Everything was perfect compared to other Florence hotels, very good value for money. Stayed in a decent sized and well-equipped room with fridge.

The room was reasonably large and cosy when upgraded with shared bathroom, the fantastic view, for example. This location was great and absolutely perfect, close to all major tourist attractions and the main train station, central market and Duomo and tram T2, and the center of everything, access to metro, trains, close to shops and restaurants. Also, it was only 1 km from a science museum.

Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The accommodation was wonderful small with exceptionally nice and superfriendly staff. The breakfasts were delicious and incredibly nice with a barista made drink and jams, couldn’t ask for anything better. The hotel had great and incredible location near other attractions, historical Florence and the square.

There was elevator to be needed.

My room was large and cosy thanks to the accommodating staff. The hotel's location was great and stunning, close to train and bus station with a market and shops within walking distance.

The hotel was situated in the very central location to the big tourist sites. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early. Our stay was good and we would consider staying here again.

Think it's very good value for money for Florence. The place is fairly clean and wonderful. The rooms here are big and well-equipped with bathroom. The location is great, not too far away from a l-shaped square. The downstairs bar offers soft drinks.

This is surely the best small hotel, incredibly nice and supper friendly staff, warm rooms. We think that for Florence it was very good value for money. The breakfast is delicious and incredibly nice with lots of dishes.

The property was clean with extremely friendly staff. The location was particularly good - ease of access to Museum of Misericordia. It was very close to a basilica and a cathedral.

Great and incredible location, it was right by the train station S, the city centre and the Duomo and a 5 minute walk from Piazza Duomo. This hotel was very good value for money, seeing price-lists in other hotels.

Thoroughly enjoyed how wonderful and gorgeous the property was. The rooms were big and well-equipped with fridge, the fantastic view, bathroom, and I had a really comfortable stay overall. The breakfast deal was delicious and exceptionally nice with orange juice served by a very friendly guy, sugar free pastry, orange juice. The location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from a distinguished monument. Also, the area was very convenient.

The stuff are very friendly, everyone. The units are decent size and cosy with a view.

Liked my stay, it was real good. The hotel was clean and simple, had excellent views of the cathedral and bell tower. The staff was knowledgeable and hospitable, I stayed for 3 nights. Close to the train station, exactly what I wanted.

They gave a triple room with shared bathroom, the fantastic view and fridge as we booked. It had central location close to Laurentian Library...

Had eatable breakfast, it might be much better.

Every staff member was accommodating and amiable. I was happy, the single room I booked came with fridge, shared bathroom, a beautiful view. Shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet were very handy.

Everything was perfect, attentive staff made our stay good. We had a delicious breakfast with a barista made drink and sugar free pastry, as for instance good for 5 euro pp which included a barista made drink. We didn't want to leave, would be happy to recommend.

We where given warm, reasonably large room with a view. Location: the hotel was close enough to all the main attractions, train station and the big tourist sites.

The location is prime, 1 km from Medici Chapel. The rooms are neat and huge with a refrigerator, climate control and a work desk.

The breakfast was delicious, overall food was delightful. Exceptional and pleasant staff who were always there to help. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a distinguished monument was great and fantastic. Truly enjoyed being walk from a train station.

We only stayed here for 6 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was perfect. The location was best possible, just a short walk away from Statues of David. Moreover, it was right by the main attractions and central station, and train station. The downstairs bar was a delightful surprise.
