The hotel had a super central setting next to the river.

Fantastic, big size room complete with a view of Ponte Vecchio from the terrace, the terrace and balcony. The staff are well-trained and especially helpful and offer concierge service and wake up service free of charge.

The place was wonderful and clean. We were there for 7 nights and had dinner at Michelin star rated restaurant.

The hotel was clean based in an elegant style building with competent and attentive staff. The venue had a super central location and it was a couple of blocks away from a large Gothic palace. The Michelin-starred restaurant served a wide range of delightful food.

I had the junior suite which was nicely decorated with balcony. The services were marvellous. Lucky me, got concierge service free of charge too.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and immaculate and we could park nearby.

The staff - some of them were not so helpful.

The great location was right by a Renaissance palace. We also went to city centre, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

All the services were exceptional. Upscale nice room, central heating, a work desk, and TV were appreciated. The location was super, just a short stroll away from a Renaissance palace.

The place was beautifuly designed and luxurious and restaurant was magnificent. I had good food for breakfast with a view on the river. It was in an amazing location close to restaurants and a coffee shop. Tried some nice meals at Coco Lezzone, located close to the hotel.

Amazing location, not too far from Arno River. Also, close to all the main attractions of Florence.

Everything about it was great. The room was outstanding and with a view of Ponte Vecchio from the terrace, sofa bed, balcony. The staff were kind and nice, no complaints whatsoever. The food from the Michelin-starred restaurant was delicious. Truly enjoyed our stay here and did not want to leave

It was an amazing location for us, close enough to all the main attractions of Florence, a pedestrian street and the restaurant and great location.

I ate at a magnificent restaurant for breakfast. Need to add that street view was a nice bonus. The service was impeccable, totally satisfied.

I truly enjoyed the hotel! Had special 3 nights here. Everything was nice, nevertheless a few employees where not very helpful. Excellant location, the breakfast was satisfactory with every imaginable fruits and a view on the river and prosecco.

Generally marvellous service with parking nearby. Tastefully decorated rooms with extremely comfy beds and street views. Magnificent and stunning location, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Arno River.

I was there for 7 nights and ate at Michelin star rated restaurant for breakfast. The bathroom was big size and it had a hairdryer, a bidet and toiletries for my convenience. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the center of town and the river side. Cafe Caffe le torri was 300 metres away from the place.

the breakfast offered was very very good with prosecco and yoghurts, for example, couldn't have asked for more. my room with balcony as well as a view of ponte vecchio was spacious and immaculate.

Small hotel in a shopping area short walk to a pedestrian street, and the river near Ponte de Vechio.

Staying so close to piazza della signoria and possibility to explore piazzale michelangelo. One could dine at restaurants such as Da Angelo Gelateria 5 minutes away. Great service was provided
