The hotel had a convenient and magnificent location near the station. My room was nicely decorated with toiletries, had smoke detectors for safety measures.

Location right by the Santa Maria Novella train station, the historic centre and tram and traffic. Exceptionally comfortable bed, reasonably large room with a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card😃

The double room with great facilities as well as the bedroom. Public parking nearby provided. Location next to the outlet, shops and comfortable. Plus, close to Western Approaches Museum.

the place was modern and beautifully decorated, it worked for me. everyone was affable, i felt safe.

There were coffee/tea making facilities, multi-channel television, and a writing desk in my great-sized and brand-new room.

The beds were big, I slept well. It was equipped with a safe, central heating and an electronic key card. The location of the property was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, to all the major attractions.

All in all, it was relaxing base for travelling to Florence. The room was modern and stylish, had exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always on hand when needed. The hotel was located in the centre of the city. The whole experience was comfortable from start to finish, do recommend...

Beautifully decorated and amazing accommodation with marvellous setting right by the Duomo, a nice area and comfortable.

Nothing too much trouble, I recommend this venue to others. It's a nicely decorated boutique hotel with lovely location in Florence Historic Centre district not far from good restaurant and the centre of Florence. The service is terrific, includes private parking.
