Simply no reason to complain, fab stay. Nice and excellent accommodation with exceptional setting so close to multiple restaurants and taxi rank, Close to all the main attractions and the city center.

The property was fairly clean and gorgeous. It was in a comfortable location very close to walk to-and-from the train station.

It's fairly clean boutique hotel with pleasant staff and an incredible location. The accommodation is in the centre of the town.

The location was magnificent, right next to a pedestrianized square.

Its location is best possible and secure in the restaurant across the street right on the Republica square. The staff is very responsive and extremely helpful, and the host too. The ambiance is elegant.

I'd say that room was beautiful and very pretty, it had an electric kettle and fridges, that's handy. This bed was exceptionally comfortable and I could sleep like home.

The room was beautifully decorated, included hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows. The location of the hotel was perfect and comfortable, in historical centre. And it was also really close to the restaurant and cafe downstairs.

The service was all in all terrific. The hotel was located in the heart of the city.

It had best possible and secure location near the most of monuments and galleries. Everyone was attentive and dedicated as well as host. Double room was air conditioned.

They gave me double room with a nice bottle of wine, a great view, stunning views. The staff where very responsive and extremely helpful too. I didn't want to leave and would book again.

We would go back in flash, really enjoyed it. It's absolutely great place to stay 1 km away from a prominent art museum. The location is very central.

Romantic and nice styled units with a spa bath, a great view plus vintage style. Location just off restaurants and bars and cafe across the street. Also, in the museums.

Beds were a little hard.

Breathtaking and tidy units available with a nice bottle of wine as well as comfortable bed. Marvellous and fab location in a nice area right next to a theatre and a gallery.

Breakfast with a plentiful supply of local cafes and nice view, as example.

The unit we got was stylish with great shower, a spa bath, a sofa. The terrific service and the attention to detail! This accommodation was in the central location in historical centre.

Sincerely, it was a really lovely stay for a short shopping trip also. Loved the way our king room was arranged. There was a tiled bathroom with a bidet, shower caps and bath sheets. All the staff were attentive and efficient. The location was stunning, just 5 minutes walk from Full Up...

Courteous staff, BEST POSSIBLE location, everything was perfect. There were breathtaking, stunning rooms with AC, a beautiful bathroom, vintage style. The restaurant onsite was nice.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel and would book again. Had an excellent 2 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The double room was a nice size and well-equipped with a lovely view. The fantastic onsite restaurant had lots of food.

Cosy and brilliant rooms with an electric kettle, a refrigerator and an air conditioning, soft beds. Amazing and awesome staff during our stay. Awesome and optimal location, right in the heart of Florence.

The setting was quite marvellous and stunning within easy reach of a Renaissance palace.

The staff were quite rude, didn't expect that coming.
