Hotel was beautiful, rooms were brand-new and beautifully maintained. The location was best possible and comfortable, staff were best. There was a fantastic restaurant with appetising meals. I liked 3 nights there.

The location incredible and amazing very close to the railway station. Really helpful staff, nicely furnished and brand-new rooms with all the amenities, a relaxing spa bath and tea. Beautiful design.

Suitable for celebrating birthday. Beautiful hotel, in a quiet street with incredibly nice staff. Particularly good, incredible location in a nearby cafeteria. Based close enough to the centre of Florence and taxis and residents of that area.

incredibly beautiful hotel in a marvellous and stunning location right in the heart of florence, appreciated this place. the rooms were unique and big size with central heating, an iron with ironing board and coffee/tea making machines. location: the venue was right by many other shops as well as a taxi.
