Quaint little and pretty standard place with a nice view.

The room was spotless and updated and offered with a balcony and a bath. A hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets were available there.

Actually everything was great. The suite I had was heated. The staff was accommodating. Tasty and excellent breakfast: I liked slices of fresh bread and cheese.

The location is perfect and magnificent, so close to the main train station of Florence, center of action and interests in Florence and Academia, Uffizi, you cannot beat it. Florence Historic Centre district is worth your attention.

The double room we stayed in were big sized and airy with balcony. Very central location was a plus.

The hotel was placed in the very central location to the famous bridge. And we were very close to all tourist attractions and bars/restaurants, and both bus station & both train station.

The rooms were fashionable and airy with an incredible view and a great terrace plus separate mezzanine with 2nd TV, just what was needed.

I really enjoyed this wonderful small place, stayed there for 2 nights. The restaurant was good and the breakfast was tasty and marvellous with amazing views and cake, for example. The service was terrific. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. The location was amazing, the room was heated and beautifully designed. The staff was amiable - I would definitely come back here.

The breakfast had a great selection of slices of fresh bread and cheese. This location was marvellous and particularly good, next to all major tourist attractions and good restaurants, train station, Duomo and restaurants, and interests in Florence. Plus, Bessborough Gardens was close by.

The rooms of the hotel were updated and heated with a huge balcony, a shower, as for instance. The location was marvellous and amazing as it was walk from a train station. There was a magnificent restaurant relatively near the venue.

Sincerely, it was an amazing stay by 2 nights. Everyone we encountered was amiable and fairly friendly. Breads and cheese looked good! The location in a really quiet area was great and there were an outdoor market and a market nearby. This hotel met standards!

Booked single room, had a good stay by 2 nights. The location of the hotel was perfect, on the outskirts of the main area where the Duomo is. It was also just off all attractions and restaurants, the Railway Station & the very famous building known as "DOME " and central market and the duomo.

The location was very central, incredible in the centre. Further, it was right by bus stap and the Duomo and main shopping streets.

Fairly clean and pleasant place, has pleasant views of the whole town. Pleasant and welcoming people are working. The rooms are luxurious and heated, the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The hotel offers local fresh bread and cheese for breakfast. The location is incredible, 1 km from an art museum. It's in a lovely building in the good area. It has easy parking, rooftop bar. We recommend the place.

In general, I liked my spotless and huge room with bath. It was in the very central location close to all the landmarks.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. Rooms in Machiavelli Palace were spotless. 5 mins walk to the center. We ordered lunch at Trattoria Nerone, located so close to the venue.

We would come here again as the location was VERY GOOD.
