Quiet little and friendly place, polite staff at check-out.

Overall it was newly furnished, with a private bathroom.

Our accommodation was set in a central location right by the major tourist points.

There were very clean beds and a mini bar fridge, climate control, and a personal safe inside the room. The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory with hot food, there were good coffee, eggs, and bacon.

I was travelling to Florence for party. Good and excellent location, the hotel was minute walk from the train station. The property was set in a pretty quiet area.

It was an ideal place, had incredibly kind and accommodating staff at check-out. Had a delicious breakfast with sausages and omelette, as example.

We expected there would be taxi, but didn't find it.

My stay was fairly nice on my most recent visit. The food for breakfast, especially coffee, eggs, and bacon, was good.

The venue was reasonably clean and the staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The rooms were air conditioned and silent with a great-sized bathroom.

By and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun and met exceptionally kind and accommodating staff at check-out. The breakfast had variety of options, eggs and bangers.

Spotless units with comfy bed, good towels and great bathroom, and the staff were pleasant. The service was fantastic, that made the hotel great place.

All in all everything was perfect, had a wonderful stay on holidays. The location was central, fantastic by the river. It was also short walk to the metro station and to the Spanish steps, very good trattorias and mini-markets and the main attractions.

Generally, liked this absolutely great and lovely accommodation with very welcoming staff at check-out. The breakfast was included and had variety of meals. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Ponte Amerigo Vespucci.

The units are newly furnished, neat with nice bathroom, a good bed plus non working TV.

The staff were kind at all times, the rooms was spotless. This accommodation was in the central location near to the old town. Besides, it was really close to city centre, train station and the major attractions.

Central location was a plus. Staff were gentle, room was silent.

Hotel was so modern. We had a heating system, a private safe and a work desk. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

We had 2 nights in Florence, spend our time here lovely. Really loved that the room had heating, a private safe and a mini-fridge-bar. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, we will choose the place for future trips.
