They gave us reasonably spacious and quiet family room with 1 bed. Its location to the Florence airport was great and absolutely perfect.

Overall it was neat and well-maintained with nice view. Having a hairdryer, a bidet, and complimentary toiletries was a bonus. This accommodation was in the central location in the center.

It was truly a VERY GOOD stay for the price, the hotel met standards. Next to a tram station, the location was excellent and super, in a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the train station where basically the city center starts. Fortezza da Basso district was worth staying in.

The place had a family atmosphere. Truly enjoyed our neat room with a separate private bathroom and the staff were nice. A mini bar fridge, air conditioner, and a personal safe were provided.

Booked family room, that was provided with which was across the hall and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient and excellent and I could use public parking nearby.

It was a nice hotel in a residential area, right by the centre as well as really good and non-turistic restaurants.

Location just next door to Belfiore tram station and the city centre and train. Very flexible employees with nice manners...

My standard queen room was modern. Enjoyed the configuration of the clean bathroom and there were an ironing set, a work desk and a multi-channel TV. The location seemed convenient closer to city center. And it was also close enough to the historic district, a tram station, and the Florence airport.

The hotel was located so close to the cathedral and most other main attractions, the main sites in Florence and the restaurant nearby. The employees were helpful and excellent. The property location was particularly good and magnificent in the center of Florence. Fortezza da Basso district was worth exploring.

we stayed here for 1 night, it was ideal for a perfect stay. everything was beautiful, convenient location very close to center of town, a residential area and firenze, fine experience. the restaurant had freshly cooked food.

It was in a perfect location, next to a tram station. Appreciated the standard double room we had.

Well-maintained units with AC and TV, and the staff were helpful. The interior of the rooms was simple.

Nice venue, particularly good location next to main attractions and the central station in Florence, as well as the centre of Florence, really enjoyed our stay. The room was a nice size and well-maintained with a separate private bathroom, with essentials required: )

Would recommend to anyone. Appreciated a kitchen we had in the room. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot...

All in all, it was perfect base for traveling to Florence. By the way, hotel charges for EUR 20 per day for parking🙂🙂
