It was in a central location, to tourist sites. Had brunch in the Finnegan's Irish Pub, located nearby. The room was great-sized and fashionable and I really enjoyed the Liberty-style building.

Really really nice experience and extremely friendly and excellent staff. Nice styled and soundproof units with a hand shower, an extra bed, for instance.

I had brand-new and neat room with even smaller showers. It was 1000 metres from the railway station, good and perfect location. Eggs and cheese for breakfast were good and different.

Very impressed with twin room with a balcony overlooking the piazza.

The staff is outstandingly accommodating, makes sure that the place is fairly clean. Make sure you stay in the queen room with the view of the street.

It is nestled in the heart of the town, minutes away from an indoor market hall.

The staffs were superfriendly & efficient. Location: the hotel was very close to center of tourist area and noise as well as the Duomo, The accadamia Museum and downtown Florence.

Simple continental breakfast, best ever had, with ham and yogurts and cheese. The atmosphere created was quiet.

The bed was very uncomfortable, that's my bad luck.

We booked large queen room with a balcony overlooking the piazza and could use wake-up service, available in it. The property's location was fantastic, near the main attractions.

This hotel was set in a central area short walk to the bus stations, the most famous landmarks in Florence, and a beautiful park. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

Cool good basic place, it has marvellous location just off the town centre, main tourist attractions, and the Malaspina. I have stayed in the queen room with great view. Couldn't recommend more to others:)))

The rooms were bright with a cosy design, plus the bathroom was ample. Eggs and cheese were different!

They gave us a guest room with balconies. Location in the heart of the city was a plus.

Good value and well-maintained hotel located in a lovely quiet area just next door to the train station, central market and the duomo, and about a 10 minute walk from the train station to the Duomo. Soundproof unit with a balcony overlooking the piazza. Pleasant experience there.

Location: the hotel was just off Florence or other Italian destination, the most famous landmarks and the open market, Duomo, Uffizi and Accademia Museum. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Florence Historic Centre district. The breakfast was simple continental and more than adequate: you could find eggs and cheese.

Beautifully decorated and brand-new unit with a cosy decor. A wide array of meals for breakfast, including croissants, eggs and cheese.

Old-fashioned hotel in a lovely quiet area right by the central market, main train station and Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio. Neat, soundproof rooms and very practical bathrooms.

everything is excellent, i loved it. the building is really good and the rooms are well decorated and brand-new with the shower, bidet, a balcony.

Everything was excellent, excellent staff, magnificent views over the park. We stayed in a king room with a mini bar and a telephone. More than adequate breakfast with eggs and cheese was provided.

Great and unbeatable location to a medieval cathedral. Its proximity to a bus stop. A lot of food at continental breakfast including eggs and cheese to order.

Wi-Fi was quite slow.
