The venue is quirky, it offers satisfactory breakfast and has amazing location really close to Piazza Della Signoria as well as the center of all the main tourist attractions in Florence. It has nice, kind staff.

The room was absolutely fabulous with ancient bath, a fruit basket, for instance, had the best night sleep. Most of the staff were very kind.

The hotel was in the very central setting right in the centre of the city. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in. Had a very comfortable experience staying at the classic twin room. The bathroom was reasonably spacious with bathtub.

The employees were amazingly nice and recommended me a taxi. For my taste room was large with nice interior. The bed was very comfy; and there was bidet. The provided service was terrific.

We really enjoyed being in this property. Perfect and best possible location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Besides, the area was good, next to a medieval stone bridge. Splendid and fine rooms with the bathroom and a view to Duomo plus a terrace, felt like home. Its staff was kind and amazing.

The location was in the middle of the city, minutes from a cathedral and a museum. There was a good restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. You could leave a car nearby. The stay was absolutely very enjoyable.

Its location within walking distance of an art museum was unbeatable. The train station was walk from the property. All the staff was welcoming and accommodating, resolved my issues.
