The room was neat and budget, with smoke detectors and magnificent views.

The place was tidy and we loved double room. We got a room with a bath. Enjoyed our stay at hotel and would consider staying here again.

Recently upgraded and fashionable rooms available with TV, internet, computers. Great food including eggs and cheese at the breakfast.

Beds were a little hard.

The room was budget and spotless included free WiFi and climate control. The breakfast had plenty of food, like eggs and cheese.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and complimentary wireless internet and climate control inside the room. The location was magnificent near in tourist spots and the staff here was particularly pleasant.

Enjoyed my comfortable stay for one night. The location was great and easy to travel to a cathedral and a palace minutes from the hotel. Plus it was in a commercial area. They gave me family room with coffee machine as well as coffee.

The place was tidy and staff were professional, I really enjoyed best possible location. The room I had was great value with TV, books, for example. The breakfast with juices and many delicious options, for example was generous.

The room was airy, modern on upper floors. It had good facilities in the bathroom: a hair dryer, a bidet, and shower caps. The location in a main touristic area was particularly good and stunning and there were shopping streets and a market nearby.

Generous and varied breakfast, had eggs and cheese and more. The hotel was in a central setting in the main shopping street. The good service and the attention to detail!

The room was air-conditioned & a nice size. It was the best possible and strategic location right by most monuments and museums, all the main sights, and all tourist attractions in Florence.

Make sure you stay in the double room with coffee machine, a great breakfast with a DIY pancake, for example. The location is incredible, in the centre near the Duomo.

This was a really great stay for one night. Coffee, eggs, and cheese for breakfast were all delicious. The rooms were fairly quiet and with a great breakfast, really big beds, for example.

Budget and spotless units with aircon as well as big TV. Consistently courteous and exceptionally pleasant staff and altogether a very comfortable experience. Very central location and walk from the train station. Great restaurant relatively close to the hotel.

Everything was simply great. The breakfast had plenty of coffee, eggs, and cheese. All rooms were neat and budget. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was helpful. Besides, my parking was onsite.

The hotel's location was great and stunning, central to key sights with a shopping area and a market within walking distance. Places like a l-shaped square were just a short stroll away from from here too. The room was budget and spotless on upper floors, the breakfast was delicious!

We got room with stylish decor and a newly renovated bathroom to relax. All of the staff were pretty friendly, amazingly nice.

It was fairly clean and little place, individual and beautiful rooms. The café was perfect for breakfast. All the staff was lovely and approachable, solved my issues.

The hotel's location was magnificent, close enough to railway station, so many sights and destinations, and at the heart of the shopping area. I had silent, budget room complete with a great breakfast, TV, for example. Fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff gave advice on things to do.

The setting was quite best possible and convenient within easy reach of a medieval cathedral. Enjoyed having bars and restaurants walking distance to the hotel.

The location was fab, and we could reach an art museum by walking. A cathedral and a basilica were right next to the accommodation. Had an excellent stay for one night and would stay here again.

It is based right next to a basilica and a palace, overall the location is marvellous as for me. The staff is affable, the breakfast is delightful.

Every detail of this quiet little and great property was great. The location was brilliant and awesome, not too far from Via Roma Street. It was located in a lovely area just off other attractions, tourist landmarks, restaurants and popular/designer shops and piazza della repubblica, a good choice for me.

We all loved silent and perfect room with really big beds and TV plus internet. The breakfast was delicious and rich and you could choose from hardboiled eggs and cheese. The staff was pleasant and courteous.

The location of the hotel was fab and strategic - a 10-15 minute walk from a Renaissance palace. Eggs and cheese were better than expected.

Disappointing aspect was a bit tired bathroom.

The breakfast was FINE, the location was amazing. We liked our time here.

We dined out at gustavino piazza signoria, set a couple of blocks away the hotel. Furthermore, public parking was nearby. It was worth its 3 stars.

The hotel was just walking distance from piazza della signoria. Breakfast was good as you get in any 3 star venue. The room we stayed in was spotless. The hotel was really close to Santa Maria Novella train station.
